Acción Emprendedora Peru to Receive Pro-Bono Consulting from The Impact Consulting Club at London Business School

Since early 2013, Acción Emprendedora Peru (AE Peru) has been in the process of formalizing and institutionalizing its operations and programs in order to become the leading micro entrepreneurship program in Peru. Late last year, the Board of Directors of AE Peru applied and was selected to receive pro-bono business consulting from London Business School’s (LBS) Impact Consulting Club. AE hopes to leverage the Impact Consulting Club’s global talent and collective business acumen in order to help the organization with its strategic alignment efforts. As such, the Board of Directors of AE Peru not only recognizes the valuable contribution of the Impact Consulting Club team of LBS but is also 100 % committed to the project. The goal of the project is to develop a new operating model and define organizational objectives, which will enable AE Peru to sustainably grow and expand across every department of Peru in order to reach more than 5,000 entrepreneurs annually over the next three years. Acción Emprendedora Peru would like to thank the Impact Consulting Club at LBS for its interest and enthusiasm for the organization. AE Perú would also like to thank each member of the team of consultants who have demonstrated a high level of professionalism and quality in their work on the project, which began in January and goes until March 2014.
