Airless guns - quality for everyday workBesides the spraying unit, the gun is the centrepiece of every spraying application. WAGNER offers three basic models for all applications: painting with heated material, emulsion work, heavy corrosion or high viscosity airless filler. All guns are made of high quality stainless steel, guaranteeing a long life even with daily use.

Gun filters - prevent nozzle blockadesOnly with the proper gun filter an optimal result can be achieved. The filters are made of stainless steel and available in various mesh sizes, suitable for any application. Plasma welded seams also make them highly resistant to mechanical stress of all kinds..

red filter, 180 mesh, extra fine, for extremely low-viscosity materials

white filter, 50 mesh, medium, for emulsion and latex paints

Pistol lock

PumpRunner – the cleanest solutionThe practical aid for airless units is simply placed over the intake tube, filled with water and secured airtight. In this way, it prevents the valves from drying out and sticking. A spotlessly clean affair, even during transport. Article no. 2306 987

Quick commissioningNo drying out and sticking of the valves: If the unit is not used for a lengthy period, the airtight conservation preserves its operating capability. It can also be put back into operation immediately after long work breaks or a change of building site.

Clean transportThe PumpRunner encloses the intake system absolutely airtight and reliably prevents the escape of paint. A spotlessly clean matter for your vehicle fleet!

Easy cleaningIt doesn’t get any easier: The PumpRunner is placed over the suction tube, filled with water and secured airtight with the two clamping levers. In addition we recommend EasyClean, as a useful aid to cleaning and conserving.

TipClean - professional and quick cleaningWith TipClean you can clean your nozzles contactless anywhere at anytime. Whether in a workshop, at a construction site or in a vehicle, simply open the cover and place the nozzles into the container. The cleaner is specially developed for nozzles and achieves perfect results. It is also available in a practical refill bottle. Article no. 0097 108

Easy CleaningThe special shape of the container allows easy cleaning of the nozzles.

Removes contamination and paint residues 200 ml of ready to use special nozzle cleaning fluid removes contamination and paint residues, and therefore always provides clean nozzles.

Refill bottle TipClean 1 litre

Open the lid and put up to sixnozzles into the container.

Close the lid and turn thecontainer upside down. Letthe special cleaner act on thenozzles

Shaking will loosen the dirton the nozzles. Then turn thecontainer over again.

Open the lid, take out the nozz-les and remove the loosened dirt with a suitable brush – or store them in the container until their next usage.

InlineRoller - rolling with airless technologyBenefit from innovative pumping technology without gun: With WAGNER IR 100 the coating material is delivered automatically by an airless diaphragm or piston pump from the drum to the paint roller. Without having to carry heavy buckets and without having to repeatedly dip the roller. This is convenient and efficient for facade work on a scaffold. The InlineRoller is up to 30 % more economical than any hand roller at the same degree of paint distribution. Article no. 0345 010
