How to Create an Account

To search opportunities available by organization, click on the organization.

To search all jobs in both NSHA and IWK, enter a keyword or location to narrow your search. To see all opportunities for both organizations, click on Search Jobs.

To search by location, click on Go to Map. To search opportunities by job category, click on the heading that best represents the type of employment you are seeking. To view all opportunities click on the All Opportunities link.

How to apply

1. Click on Apply Now. To save a job in your profile, click on the star to save a posting, this will allow you to apply at another time. 2. Sign into your account by entering your password and click on Sign In. 3. Complete the required information and click on the link that says I have read the date privacy policy and I accept it*. Click Accept and then click Next. 4. In your candidate profile, upload your resume. 5. +Add additional information relevant to your qualifications.

6. Save any changes you make to your candidate profile. 7. Click Next. 8. Complete your application information. All required fields are marked with a red asterisk *. If you submit incomplete information, an error message will be displayed on your screen prompting you to complete the missing information. 9. Read and complete the self identification section. 10. Read the Statement of Agreement and click on the check box to show applicant acknowledgement. 11. Click on Apply.

❶ - Job Search - View job postings by setting criteria to narrow your search. ❷ - Job Management - There are 4 tabs under the job management page. Jobs Applied - Under jobs applied, view all the positions you have applied for, withdraw your application and edit your appli cation if the position has not closed. Saved Searches/Alerts - Set up Job Alerts to receive automated emails listing current job openings. Saved Jobs - View all jobs you saved while searching for opportunities. Saved Applications - View all applications you have saved but not completed. ❸ - Password Management - Change your password. ❹ - My Profile - On this page you can update your resume and cover letter so that you are ready to apply to positions as they become available. Always confirm that your contact information is up to date. ❺ - Account Sign Out - Log out of your account. ❻ - My Offers - Will appear if you are the successful candidate. On this page you will be able to view your offer letter, ask the recruiter questions, accept or decline your offer.
