This Master’s degree program offers two specializing training paths that could be either professional or research path:

First semester (30 European credits)

Common courses (INGEXYS label - Integrated Eco-Systemic Engineering)UE1 : Eco-Systemic EngineeringUE2 : Innovation workshop: 48H to generate new ideasUE3 : Collaborative INGXYS workshop, team management and personal developmentUE4 : Concepts and methodology of innovation

SpecializationUE1 : Tools and methods for assisting design activitiesUE2 : Systems engineeringUE3 : Tools and methods to evaluate innovative activitiesUE4 : Organization management: knowledge management and competence managementUE5 : Management of complex systemsUE6 : Entrepreneurship

Second semester (30 European credits)

UE7 : Intercultural managementUE8 : Internship and report

After this program, students can access key positions in different sectors such as industry, health, design, consulting … in jobs like:

• Project manager in innovation and design, in production engineering• Responsible for innovative projects in service sectors

(banks, public organizations…)• Consulting in innovation management• R&D manager

The professors who are teaching in this program have developed a high expertise in innovation management (for instance, creativity, the way of enhancing Small and Medium-size Enterprises’ capacity to innovate, acceptability assessment of new concepts…) and systems engineering.

The program The strong points of this specialty are linked to the original organization of courses according to a precise learning rationale that enables students to build their knowledge by practicing activities and training, from ideas to market, unders-tanding and implementing different stages of an innovation project, with the materialization of ideas (with 3D-printing) and its assessment (with Eye tracking…).

Professional path

aims at training students to the design

and management of innovation projects

Research path

aims at initiating studentsto the scientific approach

that is appropriate to propose an innovative

solution to a complex problem
