HISTORY• Access Services established by forty-four
public fixed route transit operators in Los Angeles County in 1994.

• ASI was established as the CTSA in 1994.

5310 GRANT WRITING ASSISTANCE
• Each year, approximately 20 social service transportation providers in Los Angeles County apply for section 5310 grants to replace or purchase accessible vans and buses, communication equipment and computer hardware and software. CTSA assists them in their coordination portion of the application and a letter certifying their coordination activities.
Specialized Transportation Roundtables
RTPA, CTSA and Caltrans conducts joint workshops with 5310 applicants by providing:

Directory of Specialized Transportation GRAY BOOK
RIDE INFO PROGRAM• RIDEINFO gives quick, accurate
referrals to over 200 public and private accessible transportation providers in Los Angeles County.
• Rider call the at 1-800-431-7882, or e-mail [email protected] to obtain information on all accessible transportation options.
• Referral hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
