Access IHCP’s E-mail Notification Tool

1. Access the Indiana Health Coverage Programs Web site at: www.indianamedicaid.com

2. Click the Publications link on the Indiana Health Coverage Programs menu bar.

3. Select IHCP Email Notifications.

Note: There is also a link to the IHCP E-mail Notifications tool from the sidebar menu under Publications.

Create New Account

1. Click the Open New Account button on the IHCP’s E-mail Notifications page.

2. Enter the following required information in the IHCP’s E-mail Notifications Create Account –

New Account Details section:

• Name

• Email Address

• Password

• Confirm Password

• Email Delivery Format

3. Check the options in the IHCP’s E-mail Notifications Create Account – Email Notifications Categories section to subscribe to e-mail notifications for banners, bulletins, and/or newsletters.

4. Click the Create My Account button.

The IHCP’s Email Notifications Confirm Subscription page displays upon clicking the Create My Account button. This page instructs the user to activate the subscription by clicking the link inside the Confirm your subscription to mailing list e-mail that is automatically generated when creating a new account.

5. Click the link inside the Confirm your subscription to mailing list e-mail (SUBSCRIPTION

REQUEST) to activate your account.

The IHCP’s Email Notifications Activate Subscription page displays upon clicking the link in the Confirm subscription to mailing list e-mail.

Login to an Existing Account and Update Personal Settings

1. Access the Indiana Health Coverage Programs Web site at: www.indianamedicaid.com

2. Click the Publications link on the Indiana Health Coverage Programs menu bar.

3. Select IHCP Email Notifications.

Note: There is also a link to the IHCP Email Notifications tool from the sidebar menu under Publications.

4. To login to an existing account and update your personal settings, enter a valid Email

address and Password on the IHCP’s Email Notifications page.

5. Click the Login To My Account button.

6. To update your personal settings, make changes to any or all of the fields in the following

section(s) of the IHCP Email Notifications Management Center:

• Your account details

• Your Password

• Email Notifications Categories

7. Click the Update My Account button.

Upon clicking the Update My Account button, the IHCP’s Mailing List Management Centre page displays with your updated account details.

In addition to the IHCP’s Mailing List Management Centre page displaying upon clicking the Update My Account button, this UPDATED PROFILE e-mail is generated, automatically.

Unsubscribe and Permanently Delete the Account

1. To unsubscribe and permanently delete your account, enter a valid Email address and

Password on the IHCP’s E-mail Notifications page.

2. Click the Login To My Account button.

3. Click the Delete My Account button in the IHCP E-mail Notifications Management Center –

Unsubscribe from Email Notifications section.

Upon clicking the Delete My Account button, a message box prompting “Are you sure you wish to unsubscribe from IHCP’s Email Notifications?” displays. Click OK to unsubscribe and permanently delete your account.

Upon clicking OK to unsubscribe and permanently delete your account, the IHCP’s Email Notifications Unsubscribe Confirmation page displays.

In addition to the IHCP’s Email Notifications Unsubscribe Confirmation displaying upon clicking OK to unsubscribe and permanently delete your account, a SUBSCRIPTION REMOVED e-mail is generated, automatically.

Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password, enter a valid Email address and click the Forgotten your password? link on the IHCP’s Email Notifications page.

Upon clicking the Forgotten your password? link, the IHCP’s Email Notifications Forgotten Password page displays.

1. Enter your mailing list Email Address.

2. Click the New Password Request button.

Upon clicking the New Password Request button, the IHCP’s Email Notifications Forgotten Password page displays. This page indicates that your new password will be e-mailed to you.

To login to your account, click the link in the NEW PASSWORD REQUEST e-mail and enter your new password on the IHCP’s Email Notifications page.
