What Is the Customer Loyalty AcceleratorThe Customer Loyalty Accelerator seamlessly integrates with your Clover POS. The simple interface makes it easy for both the customer and merchant. And when transactions are easy, sales thrive!

Merchants Can Use The App to Track Analytics and Monitor PerformanceNo matter where you are in the world you can remotely control your business. Oversee everything from employee performance to changing how your incentives are structured on the fly. Our app syncs with your custom web portal and Clover POS to give you control.

What Can You Expect To See?On the Clover home screen, you can now find the new Customer Loyalty Accelerator Balance Check app, which automatically opens with the Clover POS camera. The sales associate can then simply scan a QR code on the card to check the balance. Then they may simply press “Continue to Check” to continue to the register app.

The updated Register app will now have a new payment type under the “Other” category. Pressing this will enable the sales associate to key in the balance on the Customer Loyalty Accelerator Rewards Card.

3. Merchant Pre-Activation

Pre-activation is done by the CSA on the Clover Station by customers phone number. Now the Rewards Card Plus is ready to be fully activated by the customer. The customer now fully registers his card on the designated website.

Customer Loyalty Accelerator (CLA): A cash rewards incentive programs specifically designed to jump start retail merchants’ loyalty programs and is supported by the Clover POS station. RewardsCardPlus (RCP): The physical or virtual incentive “card” the merchant provides to their retail customer as a cash-incentive loyalty reward. Encore Incentives: Encore Incentives, Inc. is the parent company behind the Customer Loyalty Accelerator(CLA) and RewardsCardPlus (RCP). “Best Customer”: The parameters of what constitutes a “Best Customer” are defined by the participating merchant. Customer Loyalty Accelerator can assist participating merchants in defining “Best Customer” demographics. Employee Incentive: The Customer Loyalty Accelerator (CLA) program motivates your employees to identify “Best Customers” and implement the CLA program through cash rewards. Q. How much cash should I offer on the RewardsCardPlus Card?A. The amount of cash incentive provided is up to the merchant. Reward cash typically ranges between $5 to $25, but any amount can be applied. The recommended incentive amount is 10% of your best customers typical spending amount (for example, $10 dollar incentive for every $100 dollar spent). Q. How does the amount of incentive money affect the programs ROI?A. It’s important to target your best customers for cash incentive loyalty rewards. Not all “Best Customers” will spend the same amount but having a focus on “best customer” will ensure the highest program revenue success, contact information sharing and return visit spending. Q. Does Customer Loyalty Accelerator provide funding for the incentive card?A. Included in your month subscription price is the cash card incentive load. The amount of cash and number of RewardsCardPlus Cards will be determined by merchant’s size and best customer spending information. Q. Can my customer spend the incentive cash outside of the program’s merchant store?A. The customer incentive is store specific. The incentive can only be spent at the program’s merchant. The employee incentive can be spent outside the merchant’s store.

The Customer Loyalty Accelerator has been designed to worked seamlessly with your existing loyalty program. The customer contact information collected by Customer Loyalty Accelerator can be transferred (imported) into your existing loyalty database. Customers can be contacted through your existing loyalty program or through Customer Loyalty. Q. Does Customer Loyalty Accelerator (CLA) manage all aspects of the program?A. Yes, CLA provides the RewardsCardPlus cash incentive cards, manages the customer collection database, provides customer contact info for existing loyalty program and provides opportunity for customer reach outs and reminders. Q. Is the incentive re-loadable after the customer uses it up?A. Yes, there is an opportunity to re-load the incentive for your high value best customers. Q. How does a customer identify themselves at the store?A. The first time receiving the RewardsCardPlus incentive, the customer provides their phone number to receive the card pre-validation. Q. If a customer uses up the cash on their incentive card can I still identify them at the store?A. They can be identified by swiping their RewardsCardPlus at the POS Station. Q. Can I identify the best customer when they come back?A. Yes, as long as they check in at the POS Station with their RewardsCardPlus. At your option, an additional incentive can be added to their card at check-in. Q. How does a customer obtain an incentive card?A. The A “Best Customer” will be identified by the stores employees (Floor Sales or Cashier) and offered the RewardsCardPlus. Q. What method does the customer use to load cash on the card?A. After the RewardsCardPlus is pre-validated at the store, the customer registers the card via a web browser on their smartphone or computer. After the registration is complete, the card is loaded with the incentive cash immediately.

Q. Is the Incentive time limited? A. Yes, it’s typical to have a 30 day time limit on the incentive. Q. What happens to cash not spent after the incentive expires?A. The cash is removed from the card. It can be applied to another customer or re-loaded after messaging the targeted customer. Q. How many times can a merchant re-load the card?A. As many times as you choose. There is no re-load limit. Q. Can I couple this incentive with other store promotions?A. Yes, with your newly acquired “Best Customer” contact information from CLA, other promotions can be bundled together. Q. Can a customer other than the targeted customer use the incentive?A. The RewardsCardPlus Card is validated by a customer phone number and e-mail address. One or both can be validated at the POS Station for identification. Q. Can the employees use their incentive cash at outside stores for other purchases, like food and gas?A. Yes, It can be used for outside purchases. Q. Can I private label RewardsCardPlus Card?A. Yes, a 10-week lead-time needs to be provided for card private labeling. Q. Is this program only available on Clover POS Stations?A. Yes, at this time this time this program is unique to the Clover POS Station. Q. Can I send reminder messages text and e-mail to my best customers?A.
