To participate in this program, you must register on the Meru Parter Portal.

Claim Process1 Reseller must-sign up to participate in this incentive: North American Resellers sign up on the Meru Partner Portal.

Resellers outside North America must sign-up through your authorized Meru Distributor.

2 Submit deal registrations using the Meru deal registration process. Include in the deal registration description: “Meru 802.11ac.”

3 During the submission of the deal registration, provide the associated registration numbers and end-user customer name.

4 Upon validation of the submitted qualifying deal registration, Meru will pay the participating reseller/distributor the deal registration incentive.

5 90 days after validation of a deal registration, Meru will review qualifying deal registrations and if the final deal is: (a) over $5,000, (b) has shipped/closed, and (c) is to a new Meru end-user customer, Meru will pay the participating reseller/distributor the additional incentive. New Meru customer incentive awards are determined based upon price of the equipment paid by the reseller.

Eligibility Rules• Only applies to approved deal registration opportunities submitted using the Meru deal registration process.

• Deal registration opportunity must include Meru 802.11ac products (AP832, AP822, AP122).

• The opportunity must be for a net new opportunity for Meru, as determined by Meru in good faith.

• Qualifying approved deal registration must be submitted and approved no later than September 20, 2014.

• New customer award claims must be received by December 15, 2014.

• This offer is subject to Reseller Management Conditions.

• Incentives are paid out monthly and based on Meru deal registration reporting.

• All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
