1. Preview Pane

AIMS fax allows a different kind of preview Pane where user can preview without the need to open the fax, without scrolling through the Scroll Bars, all is done within the movement of the mouse.

***Notice the Scroll Bar does not require any movement

2. Serial Number Control

AIMS Fax can control the serial number of Faxes IN/OUT, helping users to trace past faxes easily, easy filing sequence etc

3. Acknowledgement Receipt Control

Select your choice of acknowledgement, Public Folders, Personal Folders, any folders, group or individual

4. Support Multi Print-to-Fax

By Clicking on the “NextDoc” I can proceed to attach other files that I want to fax out together, Some of the Universal format supported includes WORD, EXCEL,

POWERPOINT, DCX, TIF, JPEG etc.

6. Shared Contact List

User can either create new contacts under own Mailbox or create under the public Contacts to share among the colleagues.

7. Universal Email Format

• Adapting a Universal Email format, sending Faxes and Telexes require min. training

• Domain Name can be of any preference with no restriction. Public or Private Domain can be used.

8. Open Software Upgrade

Open Software Upgrade• AIMS System can also adapt to any SMTP server, thus any back-end Server

upgrade, changes, require no changes to the AIMS System
