Family Engagement – Palm Beach County - APTT
The APTT concept was presented at a Title I Principals’ Meeting in February, 2015
Interested principals submitted a mini-grant application to be considered for APTT implementation
Mini-grants were reviewed by a team of District leaders using a rubric
Eight (8) elementary schools were selected to implement this year

Family Engagement – Palm Beach County - APTT
Completed a Title I-funded consultant contract with WestEd
3 days of Professional Development were held in June
June 22 – Administrative Teams from all 8 schools received training
June 23 – Teachers from 4 schools received training
June 24 - Teachers from the other 4 schools received training
August 10 – Make Up Training Day – attended by 95 teachers!
