Enhancing learning through appropriate uses of technology

Emphasis on content learning, while strengthening 21st Century skills

Responsibilities include:• collaboration with teachers in implementing technology into the curriculum;

• structuring technology education of students, teachers, staff, and the wider

community;

• collaborate with the Director of Technology and the Director of Professional Development on the budget for computer resources including hardware, software, learning resources, and training needs;

• provide troubleshooting on a limited basis;

• identify and publicize trends in software, curriculum, teaching strategies, and new resources;

• collaborate with the Technology Department on the Technology Plan for the school; and

• create learning resources for teachers, staff, and students
