Description of activity:
As per curriculum there should be an assessment by the Sector Skill Council, so the
Department of B.Voc. Food Procesing organized the QP assessement of two specific
job roles through Food Industry Capacity & Skill Initiative (FICSI) on 29th February
2020. The job roles that were assessed are as follows:
a) QP-FIC/ Q5003 – Plant Biscuit Production Specialist
b) QP-FIC/ Q5001- Plant Baker

Department of B.Voc. Food Processing organized a National Virtual Workshop on
“GLP AND APPLICATIONS OF HIGH PERFORMANCE LIQUID
CHROMATOGRAPHY” from 6th July 2020 to 10th July 2020. Workshop was
organized with the association of Sophisticated Industrial Materials
Analytic Labs Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi.
Department organized an online celebration programme on the occasion of World
Food Day on 16th October 2020. Students had participated in this programme by
presenting creative poster and collage on the theme “World Food Day.”
