straddling the YasMarina Circuit which plays host to the annual

Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. You have never seen another hotel quite so excitingly distinctive, inside and out. From the outside,

Abu Dhabi has recently thrown itself into a massive programme of development. One of the jewels in this Emirate’s crown is the

new 5.5 km Yas Marina Circuit, which hosted the country’s inaugural Grand Prix in 2009. It was also the first to host the

Grand Prix twilight race with powerful lighting ensuring a seamless transition from day to night. The track is revolutionary

in its design, boasting top speeds of 320 km/h and average speeds of 195 km/h. It features nine right turns and 11 left turns

and is one of the few venues on the calendar to run an anti-clockwise direction and a pit lane which sees the cars exit via a tunnel passing under the track. The grandstands are covered to protect spectators from the desert sun providing luxury, comfort

and unrivalled views for Abu Dhabi race goers. Overall, its diverse elements come together to create one of the longest and most demanding tracks in the world, here close and competitive
