The function of AS1 wiper is to prevent introduction of contamination into the system, to protect the guiding parts and to extend the service life of the rod seal. The nitrile elastomer wiper lip produces an effective cleaning action to avoid damage to all internal components.

Die Funktion des AS1 Abstreifers besteht darin, das Eindringen von Ver-schmutzung in das System zu verhindern und die Lebensdauer des gesamten Systems zu verlängern. Die elastomere Abstreiflippe bewirkt eine effektive Abstreifwirkung und verhindert Schmutzeintrag.

The nitrile elastomer wiper lip produces an effective cleaning action to avoid damage to all internal components. The flush fitting with the outside diameter reduces impurities and moisture entering the groove.

Die Funktion des AS2 Abstreifers besteht darin, das Eindringen von Ver-schmutzung in das System zu verhindern, um die Führungen und Dichtungen zu schützen und die Lebensdauer des Dichtsystemes zu verlängern. Die bündige Passung des Abstreifers mit dem Außendurchmesser reduziert Verunreinigungen und das Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit.

Its compact design is making him ideal for cylinders where reduced space is an important factor.

The nitrile elastomer wiper lip produces an effective cleaning action to avoid damage to all internal components.This type of wiper is used in cylinders for earthmoving machinery, mining cylinders or cylinders where the rod is exposed to large deflections.

Die Funktion des WRS Abstreifers besteht darin, das Eindringen von Ver-schmutzung in das System zu verhindern, um die Führungen und Dichtungen zu schützen und um die Lebensdauer des Dichtsystems zu verlängern. The function of AS1-…-PU wiper is to prevent introduction of contamination into the system, to protect the guiding parts and to extend the service life of the rod seal. The nitrile elastomer wiper lip produces an effective cleaning action to avoid damage to all internal components.The ribs on the inner surface give stability and prevent twisting of the wiper in the groove or sticking onto the rod.AS1-…-PU is a technical improvement compared to AS1-….-NBR profile. An external sealing lip on the static side contacts the housing in order to prevent intrusion of impurities via the outer diameter.This wiper is produced in polyurethane which ensures increased wear resistance and an extended service life due to good resistance against weathering.

Die Funktion des AS1-…-PU Abstreifers besteht darin, das Eindringen von Ver schmutzung in das System zu verhindern, um die Führungen und Dichtungen zu schützen und um die Lebensdauer des Dichtsystemes zu verlängern. Die Rippen an der Innenseite geben Stabilität und verhindern das Verdrehen des Abstreifers in der Nut oder das „Ankleben“ auf der Stange.AS1-…-PU ist eine technische Verbesserung im Vergleich zum AS1-…-NBR Profil. Eine äußere Dichtlippe auf der statischen Seite verhindert zusätzlich das Eindringen von Verunreinigung über den statischen Nutgrund. Dieser Abstreifer besteht aus Polyurethan und gewährleistet eine erhöhte Ver schleiß festigkeit sowie eine verlängerte Lebensdauer, auch auf Grund der guten Witterungs beständigkeit.

The function of AS1-…-HY wiper is to prevent introduction of contamination into the system, to protect the guiding parts and to extend the service life of the rod seal. The wiper lip produces an effective cleaning action to avoid damage to all internal components.The ribs on the inner surface give stability and prevent twisting of the wiper in the groove or sticking onto the rod.An external sealing lip on the static side contacts the housing in order to prevent intrusion of impurities via the outer diameter.This wiper is used in heavy duty environments such as mud or ice.The wiper is produced in polyester resin which ensures increased wear resistance and excellent properties in case of heavy applications.

Die Funktion des Abstreifers Typ AS1-…-HY besteht darin, das Eindringen von Verschmutzung in das System zu verhindern, um die Führungen und Dichtungen zu schützen. Die Rippen an der Innenseite geben Stabilität und verhindern das Verdrehen des Abstreifers in der Nut oder das „Ankleben“ auf der Stange.Eine äußere Dichtlippe auf der statischen Seite verhindert das Eindringen von Verunreinigungen über den Außendurchmesser.Dieser Abstreifer wird in Umgebungen mit hoher Beanspruchung eingesetzt, wie z. B. bei Schlamm oder Eis.Der Abstreifer wird aus Polyester (TPE) hergestellt, dies gewährleistet eine erhöhte Verschleißfestigkeit und führt zu hervorragenden Eigenschaften bei schweren Arbeitsbedingungen.

Die Dichtlippe auf der statischen Seite vermeidet das Eindringen von Verun-reinigungen und Feuchtigkeit über den Außendurchmesser. Die Rippen an der Innenfläche geben Stabilität und verhindern ein Verdrehen des Abstreifers in der Nut oder ein Anhaften an der Stange.Dieser Abstreifer wird aus Polyurethan hergestellt, wodurch eine erhöhte Verschleißfestigkeit, Beständigkeit gegen Witterungseinfüsse und somit eine längere Lebensdauer erreicht wird.

The function of AS13-…-PU wiper is to prevent introduction of contamination into the system, to protect the guiding parts and to extend the service life of the rod seal. The wiper lip produces an effective cleaning action to avoid damage to all internal components.The special feature of this wiper is the external flap which covers the gland housing and prevents the intrusion of particles and moisture around the outside. An additional lip on the outside diameter increases this protection. The ribs on the inner surface give stability and prevent twisting of the wiper in the groove or sticking onto the rod.This wiper is produced in polyurethane which ensures increased wear resistance and an extended service life due to good resistance against weathering.

Die Funktion des AS13-… -PU Abstreifers besteht darin, das Eindringen von Verunreinigungen in das System zu verhindern und die Dicht- und Führungselemente vor Beschädigungen zu schützen und die Lebensdauer des Systems zu verlängern. Die Besonderheit dieses Abstreifers ist die äußere Kappe, die den Einbau-raum am Gehäuse abdeckt und somit das Eindringen von Partikeln und Feuchtigkeit über die statische Seite verhindert. Eine zusätzliche Lippe am Außendurchmesser erhöht diesen Schutz. Die Rippen an der Innenfläche geben Stabilität und verhindern ein Verdrehen des Abstreifers in der Nut oder das Ankleben auf der Stange.Dieser Abstreifer wird aus Polyurethan hergestellt, das einen erhöhten Verschleiß verhindert. Die Widerstandsfähigkeit wird verbessert und die Lebens dauer verlängert. Er besitzt ebenso eine gute Witterungsbeständigkeit.

The function of NW wiper is to prevent introduction of contamination into the system. This wiper has been created for medium-heavy duty applications where very aggressive materials have to be eliminated from the rod, such as concrete, cement, ice …The wiper lip produces a very effective cleaning action to avoid damage to the guiding rings and rod seals. This wiper is designed to snap-fit into its housing.The wiper is produced in polyamide (PA) with molybdenum disulfide (MoS2)with a high resistance to abrasion.

Die Funktion des Abstreifers Typ NW besteht darin, das Eindringen von Ver-schmutzung in das System zu verhindern, um somit das System zu schützen.Dieser Abstreifer ist für mittelschwere bis schwere Anwendungen geeignet, sofern sehr aggressive Materialien, wie z. B. Beton, Zement, Eis etc. von der Stange entfernt werden müssen.Die Abstreiflippe bewirkt eine sehr effektive Reinigungswirkung. Der Abstreifer wird ins Gehäuse eingeschnappt.Der Abstreifer wird aus Polyamid (PA) mit Molybdän disulfid (MoS2) gefertigt.

The function of AS wiper is to prevent introduction of contamination into the system. This wiper is composed of a dynamic PTFE compound ring with a wiper lip which produces an effective cleaning action to avoid damage to all internal components.PTFE material assures low friction and high speed performance and has also high compatibility with nearly all media due to his chemical resistance which exceeds that of all other thermoplastics and elastomers.The elastomer O-ring on the static side works as an energising ring and pressurises the wiper lip against the rod. If necessary, different O-ring materials can be chosen to suit the application.

Dieser Abstreifer Typ AS besteht aus einem dynamischen PTFE-Compound Ring mit einer Abstreiflippe, die eine effektive Abstreifwirkung erzeugt und somit Schäden an internen Komponenten, durch Schmutzeintrag im System, verhindert.Das PTFE-Compound Material sorgt für eine geringe Reibung, erlaubt eine hohe Geschwindigkeit und hat auch eine hohe Kompatibilität mit fast allen Medien – aufgrund seiner guten chemischen Beständigkeit, entgegen aller anderen thermoplastischen Kunststoffe und Elastomere.Der elastomere O-Ring auf der statischen Seite arbeitet als Vorspannelement und erzeugt die Vorspannung der Abstreiflippe gegen die Stange. Der O-Ring Werkstoff ist entsprechend der Anwendung auszuwählen.

AS7 double acting wiper in nitrile elastomer (NBR) or FPM has two different functions. It prevents introduction of dust, dirt and foreign matter into the system and on the medium side retains the residual oil film from the extending piston rod.On the static surface, the sealing is achieved by contact of the flexible outside lip with the housing. The dynamic lip is shorter and stronger to concentrate load against the dynamic surface.The scraper is preferably used in conjunction with seals with a hydrodynamic back-pumping function or a drainage channel must be opened in this area.

This wiper is produced in polyurethane which ensures increased wear resistance and an extended service life due to good resistance against weathering.

MATERIALS Wiper PU




AS3-…-PU double acting wiper in polyurethan has two different functions. It prevents introduction of dust, dirt and foreign matter into the system and on the medium side retains the residual oil film from the extending piston rod.On the static surface, the sealing is achieved by contact of the flexible outside lip with the housing. The dynamic lip is shorter and stronger to concentrate load against the dynamic surface.The scraper is preferably used in conjunction with seals with a hydrodynamic back-pumping function.

AS3-…-PU doppeltwirkende Abstreifer aus Polyurethan haben zwei verschie-dene Funktionen.Der Abstreifer verhindert das Eindringen von Staub, Schmutz und Fremdkörpern in das System. Auf der zum System gewandten Seite wird der restliche Ölfilm von der ausfahrenden Kolbenstange abgestriffen.Auf der statischen Oberfläche wird die Abdichtung durch Kontakt der flexiblen Außenlippe mit dem Gehäuse erreicht. Die dynamische Lippe ist kürzer und kräftiger, um die Belastung gegen die dynamische Oberfläche sicherzustellen. Der Abstreifer wird vorzugsweise in Verbindung mit Dichtungen verwendet, die über eine hydrodynamische Rückpumpfunktion verfügen.

AS14-… -PU Abstreifer haben zwei verschiedene Funktionen. Er verhindert das Eindringen von Staub, Schmutz und Fremdkörper in das System und auf der Medienseite wird der restliche Ölfilm von der ausfahrenden Kolbenstange zurückgehalten.Die Besonderheit dieses Abstreifers ist die äußere Kappe, die den Einbau-raum am Gehäuse vollkommen abdeckt und somit das Eindringen von Verschmutzung und Feuchtigkeit von außen verhindert. Der Abstreifer wird vorzugsweise in Verbindung mit Dichtungen verwendet, die über eine hydrodynamische Rückpumpfunktion verfügen.

Der elastomere O-Ring auf der statischen Seite wirkt als Vorspannelement und drückt die Abstreifgeometrie gegen die Gleitfläche. Somit kann auch ein Durchbiegen der Kolbenstage ausgeglichen werden. Bei Bedarf können andere O-Ring-Materialien, entsprechend der Anwendung, gewählt werden.

ADP wiper has two different functions. It prevents introduction of dust, dirt and foreign matter into the system and on the medium side holds back the residual oil film passing the rod seal. This wiper is composed of a dynamic PTFE ring with a scraper lip respectively sealing lip positioned back-to-back.PTFE material assures low friction and high speed performance and has also high compatibility with nearly all media due to his chemical resistance which exceeds that of all other thermoplastics and elastomers.The wiper is always installed with two O-rings in one groove. This both elastomer O-rings on the static side, works as an energising ring and pressurises the scraper lips against the sliding surface and therby can also compensate deflections of the piston rod.If necessary, different O-ring materials can be chosen to suit the application.The scraper is preferably used in conjunction with seals with a hydrodynamic back-pumping function or a drainage channel must be opened in this area.

Der Doppelabstreifer ADP hat zwei Funktionen. Wiper type AS4 in material NBR or FPM is a single-acting wiper with an external metal cage for open groove assembly. The metal cage has to be pressed into the groove.The function of AS4 wiper is to prevent introduction of dust, dirt and foreign matter into the system, to protect the guiding parts and to extend the service life of the rod seal.

Der Abstreifer Typ AS4, in Material NBR oder FPM, ist ein einfachwirkender Abstreifer mit einem außenliegenden anvulkanisierten Metallkäfig für die offene Nutmontage. In this case, the PU ring is not firmly vulcanised onto the metal cage and can be replaced without disassembling the cage out of the housing. Der Abstreifer Typ AS4, gefertigt aus Polyurethan, ist ein einfachwirkender Abstreifer mit einem außenliegenden, losen Metallkäfig, für die offene Nut-montage. Der Abstreifer verhindert das Eindringen von Staub, Schmutz und Fremd-körpern in das System, dadurch wird die Lebensdauer der Dicht- und Führungselemente verlängert.AS9 Abstreifer eignen sich gut für Anwendungen in mobilen Hydraulik-systemen. Sie werden auch in kleinen Abmessungen (Profil B) hergestellt und können als Schutz von Lagern oder Anwendungen mit Schwenkbewegungen, sowie bei reduziertem Einbauverhältnissen verwendet werden. Dieser Abstreifer wird aus Polyurethan hergestellt, das den erhöhten Ver-schleiß reduziert und die Lebensdauer verlängert.

The AS9-…-M is a single-acting PU pin dust seal with two external metal cages for open groove assembly. The metal cages have to be pressed into the groove. The function of this wiper is to prevent introduction of dust, dirt and foreign matter into the system, to protect the bushing and the pin. To extend the service life of the pin dust seal, there is a second metal cage which protect efficiently the PU lip. The PU lip produces an effective cleaning action to avoid damage to all internal components. The AS9-…-M are well suited for applications in mobile hydraulic systems for heavy duty operation. This wiper is produced in polyurethane which ensures increased wear resis-tance and an extended service life due to good resistance against weathering.

Der Abstreifer AS9-…-M ist eine einfachwirkende PU-Staubdichtung, mit zwei externen Metallkäfigen, zur offenen Nutmontage. Der Metallkäfig muss in die Nut ein gepresst werden.Die Funktion dieses Abstreifers (Bolzenabstreifer) besteht darin, das Eindringen von Staub, Schmutz und sonstigen Fremdkörpern ins System oder in die Lagerbuchse zu ver hindern.Um die Lebensdauer der Abstreiflippe zu verlängern, schützt ein zweiter Metallkäfig effizient die PU-Lippe. AS9-…-M eignet sich gut für mobile Anwendungen, für alle hydraulischen Systeme und für den Schwerlastbetrieb und als “Bolzenabstreifer”.Dieser Abstreifer wird aus Polyurethan hergestellt, das gewährleistet eine erhöhte Verschleißfestigkeit und eine verlängerte Lebensdauer.

AS11 consists of a steel or stainless steel housing, a thin brass lip and an NBR or FPM wiper ring.This metal wiper scraper is used in applications where usual wipers wear too quickly or are not efficient enough.The brass lip is designed to remove firmly adhering contaminants or ice particles from the rod, leaving the secondary NBR or FPM wiper lip to remove smaller loose particles of dust, water … The brass scraper ring has radial clearance in the housing and can easily follow any deflection of the rod.

Der Abstreifer AS11 besteht aus einem Stahl- oder Edelstahlgehäuse, einer dünnen Messinglippe und einem NBR- oder FPM-Abstreifring.Dieser Metallabstreifer wird in Anwendungen eingesetzt, in denen übliche Abstreifer zu schnell verschleißen oder nicht effizient genug abstreifen.Die Messinglippe dient zum Entfernen von fest anhaftenden Partikeln, Verunreinigungen oder von Eispartikeln auf der Stange. Die sekundäre NBR- oder FPM-Abstreiflippe ist nötig, um kleinere lose Staubpartikel, Wasser etc. zu entfernen. Der Messingabstreifring hat ein radiales Spiel im Gehäuse und kann somit einer Auslenkung der Stange folgen.

Der Abstreifer AS12 besteht aus einem Stahlgehäuse mit einer robusten ausgeführten Bronzelippe und einen PU-Abstreifring.Dieser Abstreifer wird in Anwendungen verwendet, in denen Standardabstreifer keine Abstreifwirkung erzielen, bei fest anhaftenden Partikeln an der Stange sowie bei starken Verunreinigungen und Eispartikeln. Diese werden durch die massive Bronzelippe entfernt. Die sekundär angeordnete PU-Abstreiflippe dient zum Entfernen der kleineren losen Partikeln, wie Staub, fettreiche Medien etc. Die Metallabstreiflippe hat ein radiales Spiel im Gehäuse und kann so leichten Auslenkungen der Stange folgen.

It prevents introduction of dust, dirt and foreign matter into the system and on the medium side retains the residual oil film from the extending piston rod.This wiper is produced in polyurethane which ensures increased wear resistance and extended service life.The scraper is used in conjunction with seals with a hydrodynamic back-pum-ping function.To ensure the safety of the system in case of possible back-pressure behind the wiper, we advice to prevent the push-out of the wiper with a ring (assembly A). For assembly B (see picture) a drainage channel must be opened in this area.

AS4-…-PU/D ist ein doppeltwirkender PU-Abstreifer mit einem außenliegen-den, mit dem PU festverbundenen Metallkäfig, für die offene Nutmontage. Der Metallkäfig muss in die Nut eingepresst werden.Der Abstreifer AS4-…-PU/D hat zwei verschiedene Funktionen.
