 Abstract 

Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium

tuberculosis complex (MTBC). The incidence of tuberculosis in West Java Province as estimated !" "#$ per #%%&%%% population. While in the city& there

tuberculosis in "%%!. oever& based on the results of several previous studies&

most of the medical practitioners do not understand correctly ho to dia-nosis

 for tuberculosis based on +,TC. The study as conduct to determine the

noled-e level of the dia-nosis of tuberculosis based on the +nternational 

,tandards for Tuberculosis Care (+,TC)on -eneral practitioners in private

 practice in Tamansari /illa-e and Buran-ran- /illa-e of Bandun- City.

 0escriptive research has been done on -eneral practitioners in private

 practice in Tamansari /illa-e and Buran-ran- /illa-e of Bandun- City on thenoled-e level of the dia-nosis of tuberculosis based on the +nternational 

,tandards for Tuberculosis Care (+,TC).This research as conducted usin- 

minimal sample& there ere 1% respondents. ,amplin- as done randomly and 

data collection usin- 2uestionnaire.

The results shonumber of respondents ith -ood noled-e about 

dia-nosis of tuberculosis by +,TC as many as "3 people ($1.14) for the standard 

#& # (!.'4) for standard "& #' people (3!.'4) for standard 1& "1 people

('!.'4) for the standard & "3 people ($1.14) for the standard 3& " people

($%.%4) for the standard !.

The conclusion is noled-e accordin- to the dia-nosis of tuberculosis by

 +,TC has been better at -eneral practitioners in Tamansari /illa-e and 

 Buran-ran- /illa-e of Bandun- City.
