Abstract Standard Form of Contract for Progressive Design-Build As Progressive Design-Build (PDB) gains momentum; there is a greater need for standardized contract forms
to help guide the design and construction industry through the procurement process. DBIA and the Water
Design-Build Council (WDBC), through a collaborative partnership, have developed that much-needed form.
This session provided an overview of the new standard form and highlighted key areas.
