Dimas Pramita Nugraha, M.Sc 2 1 Medical Student of Medical Education Abdurrrab University, Pekanbaru 2 Departement Farmakologi of Riau University, Pekanbaru ABSTRACT Background: Tuberculosis Multidrug Resistance (MDR-TB) is a form of TB that is resistant to the Anti-Tuberculosis Drugs (OAT) at least against two anti- tuberculosis drugs are most potent namely Rifampicin and Isoniazid with or without other OAT. MDR-TB treatment lasts at least 18 months after culture conversion. Certainly a long time and variation adverse reactions can affecting psychology often patients tend to experience stress. Objective: To analyze determine the relationship long therapy and adverse reactions treatment of multiple drug resistance with stress levels in patient with pulmonary tb at RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru. Methods: The Study design was a cross sectional approach. Bivariate analysis using Spearman Rank Correlation test. Result : The result has done by 21 respondents,TB-MDR patient who long treatment 6-18 months consist of 11 people (52,45%), for easy adverse reactions consist 18 people (85,7%), and stress level consist 8 orang (38,1%). Any significant positive correlation between long treatment and stress level (p=0,000;r=0,728), and adverse reactions TB-MDR treatment and stress level (p=0,002;=0,635.) Conclusion : There is relation long therapy and adverse reactions treatment of multiple drug resistance tuberculosis significant correlation with stress level in patients with pulmonary tb in RSUD Arifin Achmad. HUBUNGAN LAMA TERAPI DAN EFEK SAMPING PENGOBATAN

TUBERCULOSIS MULTIDRUG RESISTANCE DENGAN TINGKAT STRES

PADA PASIEN TB PARU DI RSUD ARIFIN ACHMAD

ABSTRAK

Latar belakang : Tuberculosis Multidrug Resistance (MDR-TB) adalah salah satu jenis TB yang resisten dengan Obat Anti Tuberkulosis (OAT) minimal terhadap 2 obat anti tuberkulosis yang paling ampuh yaitu Rifampicin dan Isoniazid dengan atau tanpa OAT lainnya. Pengobatan TB-MDR berlangsung sekurang-kurangnya 18 bulan setelah konversi kultur. Waktu yang lama dan efek samping yang bervariasi tentunya bisa mempengaruhi psikologi sehingga sering sekali pasien cenderung mengalami stres. Tujuan : Menganalisis hubungan lama terapi dan efek samping pengobatan Tuberculosis Multidrug Resistance dengan tingkat stres pada pasien TB paru di RSUD Arifin Achmad.Metode : Desain dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Cross Sectional, Analisis bivariat dengan menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji korelasi Spearman.Hasil : Dari 21 responden, Penderita TB-MDR yang menjalani pengobatan selama 6-18 bulan sebanyak 11 orang (52,45%), efek samping ringan sebanyak 18 orang (85,7%), dan yang mengalami stres sedang sebanyak 8 orang (38,1%). Terdapat hubungan positif bermakna antara lama terapi pengobatan TB-MDR dan tingkat stres (p=0,000;rs=0,728), dan efek samping pengobatan TB-MDR dengan tingkat stress (p=0,002;rs=0,635).Simpulan : Lama terapi dan efek samping pengobatan Tuberculosis Multidrug Resistance berhubungan secara bermakna dengan tingkat stres pada pasien TB paru.
