Cleaning, restoration and repointing of existing retained external elevations of this Grade Two Listed building for Simons of Lincoln. The contract included the supply and replacement of defective and missing sections of the original Ancaster Limestone and Stanton Moor Sandstone carved and profiled to match the original architectural detail.

ST MICHAEL AND ALL ANGELS CHURCH, HAMSTALL RIDWARE, STAFFORDSHIRE CONTRACT VALUE 73K, COMPLETION 1999. Masonry repairs in Hollington Sandstone, rebuilding the upper part of the spire, replacement carved masonry to windows on North Clerestory, repointing stonework and remedial internal masonry works to West wall. Completed under the direct supervision of English Heritage and the Architects, Horsley Huber of Stafford.

ST MICHAEL AND ALL ANGELS CHURCH, ADBASTON, STAFFORDSHIRE CONTRACT VALUE 55K, COMPLETION 1998. Masonry repairs in Lazonby Red Sandstone, repointing stonework and remedial leadworks to tower roof. Completed under the direct supervision of English Heritage and the Architects, Horsley Huber of Stafford.

ST MARKS STATION AND RETAIL DEVELOPMENT, LINCOLN ANTI GRAFFITI CONTRACT VALUE 25K, COMPLETED 1997. Application of Tensid Grafficote One water based wax anti graffiti coating to existing and new masonry buildings, new brickwork and artificial stone to allow the safe removal of any subsequent graffiti. MASONRY CONTRACT VALUE 280K COMPLETED 1996. Cleaning, restoration and repointing of existing retained external elevations of this Grade Two listed building for Simons of Lincoln. The contract includes the supply and replacement of defective and missing sections of the original Ancaster stone carved and profiled by Realstone Ltd to match the original architectural detail. In addition to the works to the existing building, Realstone Ltd supplied the masonry for the reconstruction of the original High Bridge Obelisk; we were responsible for the research and its construction on site.

GUYS CLIFFE HOUSE, WARWICK. CONTRACT VALUE 150K, COMPLETED 1995. Stabilisation and Preservation of a substantial Grade Two Listed building following fire damage, works briefly consisted of the careful demolition of unstable areas and subsequent rebuilding works in new and reclaimed brick and masonry. The contract was completed under the direct supervision of Philip Johnson Associates, English Heritage and Warwick District Council.
