• In February of this year, SPL and DPS came together as SYNRGO --- one united team with the shared goal of providing true full service document recording solutions and expand its service offerings nationwide.
• SYNRGO has taken the integrated team that has resulted from this combination and is focusing on enhanced capabilities through new customer service offerings, end-to-end tracking capabilities, new enhanced billing, plus moving to virtualized servers that provide improved performance, security and reliability.
• Most importantly, SYNRGO now offers additional compliance capabilities to assure clients that the services are performed on time, correctly, and in compliance with CFPB regulations.
• With its combined experience of over 42 years, SYNRGO is the most highly skilled and equipped recording service provider nationwide.

Compliance is an integral and mandatory part of the land title industry and SYNRGO is building on the foundation put in place by its predecessor companies. Some of the compliance services available to our customers include:• Background checks on all employees• All personnel are managed by card key system• All facilities that contain customer documents or information have controlled access• All data is stored in highly secure remote facilities with an offsite facility• Improved reliability with redundant services

• SYNRGO has undertaken a major upgrade to its computing capabilities to provide new levels of service to our customers.
• A new high performance database has been put in place that manages all the customer, document and jurisdiction information.
• New customer support capabilities that provide more information, better tracking and enhanced resolutions to the customer.
• Enhanced document tracking that makes it easier to be aware of the status and location of a document, anywhere from pre-closing to interim steps, post-closing, recording and return.
• Enhanced transportation services are being added based upon custom software that allows customers to mix courier service, route service and shuttle service.

• Today, we have twenty-one offices nationwide and almost 400 employees.• In addition to the extensive capabilities within the State of California, SYNRGO is
expanding to provide its services in regional centers across the U.S.• Already in place is a Seattle hub serving the Pacific Northwest.• Recently started are facilities in the Dallas area and in Pittsburgh, with more to come.• Plans are already underway to further expand our nationwide coverage and offer
additional recording services.
