SEHA teams with Evosys for One of the Largest Shared Instance Implementation

Evosys implemented an integrated enterprise wide solution aligned to industry best practices for managing the business and rendered the benefits of centralization and maintaining the autonomy of operations, by streamlining and re-engineering the business processes.

A shared instance model was used for all affiliated hospitals & clinical entities. The implementation helped in Standardizing Business Processes and Policies, provided better Visibility and Control over operations and data, enhanced the Management Reporting and increased Operational Efficiency.

Evosys implemented Oracle E-Business Suite- Financial, Supply Chain, and Human Resources applications, standardizing and streamlining health service operations with industry best practices.We integrated the complete process of purchasing, logistics, and financial management into a single, hospital wide system, giving management greater control and the ability to make more agile and informed decisions. Reduction in overheads was achieved as the routine processes were devolved and replaced with standardized and streamlined health service operations.

Evosys delivered a fully integrated solution for CDM level costs at KFSH & RC

Evosys worked closely with the KFSH team to translate their requirements into a functional specification using our HPCM knowledge to advise best approach to meet the requirements whilst ensuring system performance wasn’t affected.

The Solution resulted in Automatic calculation of cost per CDM service item on periodic interval. KFSH & RC is able to take its pricing decision based on the cost of services and do Comparative analysis of CDM service items costs year-on-year and with the other organizations. KFSH & RC can now do Profitability analysis by comparing cost and revenue for CDM service items and based on that appropriate action can be taken for the non profitable or high cost CDM service items

The Abu Dhabi Government had 32 entities using Oracle HRMS E-Business Suite, and the challenge was to ensure that the upgrade went without any major issues and without affecting the business processes.

Re-Implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite at NHSEvosys is re-implementing Oracle EBS at National Health Service (NHS), world’s largest publicly funded Health Service Organization. NHS is providing Health care service to entire UK about 62 Million people and given employment about 1.7 million people.

Evosys is following a phased approach for NHS. Under Phase 1 there will be Implementation of EBS at 4 Sites & Support for one Month followed by Phase 2 for Rollout to 30 Sites and Phase 3 for Rollout to next 30 Sites.NHS will derive benefits like Smooth Migration to R12 without any issues or risks, able to Execute the changes in the structural design

Evosys implemented Oracle Time and Labor at Dubai eGovernment for End to End scheduling of employees ranging from defining the shift masters, work plan masters, rotation plan masters and assignment time information to ensure that the right person is doing the right job at the right place.

Evosys also automated the process of Time Recording, Time Submitting, Time Reporting and TimeTransfer to integrated application. With this solution therewas Seamless integration of timecard data from Time and Labor to Human Resources and Payroll applications. Also, it helped in Usage of Time and Labor rules to compute overtime. This solution also provides room for accommodation of any future requirements on time management.

Time and Labor Automation for Dubai eGovernment

Abu Dhabi Airport Company(ADAC) teams up with Evosys for Time and Labor Implementation

ADAC was looking for implementing a system which can allow line Managers/HR to specify Employee Schedules. To meet this requirement, Evosys implemented Oracle Time and Labor at ADAC which enabled generation of Daily attendance and Exceptions report. Evosys had also done Integration with Oracle HRMS at ADAC.

OTL has helped ADAC in generating reports like DetailedAttendance report as report, Delay/Early

per employee/organization/region our report and also per

employee/organization/region, Monthly summary report and Absentees Report. This solution also links the Payroll system to implement the corrective action as a result of delay and sends notifications/reminders to Line Managers/HR.
