Emi Steel Industries LLC specializes in the design, supply, manufacture and

installation of both light weight galvanized structural steel systems (LGS) and

Hot Rolled structural steelwork.

Emi Steel Industries has traded successfully and developed steadily to

be one of the leading LGS Contractors in the UAE and undertakes work

throughout the whole the Middle East and Africa providing quality products due to

its sustainability, cost effective,

environment friendly and time saving

production system With Emi’s well experienced

deliver different client requirements not

only in the Middle East but also in other

parts of the Asian, European and African

Emi Steel Industries is an affiliated company of EMI Group. With its highly specialized

and well experienced team, Emi Steel Industries is aiming to serve the Middle East

construction market by delivering sustainable and time effective building solutions. Emi Steel Industries factory has a covered area of 7,800 m2 which is located at Mafraq,

Abu Dhabi, UAE. It has a production capacity of more than 20, 000 tons per year or

equivalent to 4,000 houses.

2. COMPANY SERVICES

EMI specialize in design, fabrication, and building structure using Light Gauge Steel (LGS) system

and Hot Rolled Steel System.

Our clients are mainly from market sectors that involves in Hotels and Leisure, Schools and

Universities, Hospital, Accommodations and Commercial sectors.

a. Design and Build

EMI Design/Build projects of any type

and size. We stay abreast of the latest

design and construction methods to

ensure that our customers get the best

possible value for their money. Under

this Design/Build method of

construction, EMI can bear the single

point of responsibility for the design and

construction of the project.

b. General Contractor

As a General Contractor, EMI can undertake

the execution, supervision and overall

coordination of the project. Our highly skilled

team perform many individual construction

tasks from site improvements, to foundations,

steel erection, insulation and sheet metal work.

For other trades such as drywall, painting,

flooring, plumbing, HVAC and electrical; the

company has a team of experienced trades

that will serve the needs of clients.

c. Construction Management

As a Construction Manager, EMI can

coordinate the construction trades and

liaise between the owner and design

team. Utilizing our technical expertise

under this construction method, we assists

our customers with large projects in

scheduling, budgeting and establishment

of the controls necessary to accurately

monitor the project.

Having a factory that has a production capacity of 20,000 tons per year, EMI also caters

supply only of LGS Steel and Hot Rolled Steel.
