About the Mentoring Program The Wolf Pack Mentoring Program is a student development collaborative effort between the ARCOS (Accelerate, Retain, Complete with Opportunities and Support) STEM Program and the STEM Student Association. The program adopts a hierarchical model where peer mentors are supported and guided by faculty to maintain academic excellence, while they in turn support first-year students with their transition to college life. The Wolf Pack Mentoring program will offer new students an opportunity to enhance their academic experience through the assistance of a qualified second-year student peer mentor with similar interest and career goals. Mentee Program Benefits Mentees will receive guidance and support in their next stage of life—college. Peer mentors who excelled during their first year of college will provide valuable insight of college life, resources, and the many opportunities available to their designated mentee. Benefits also include participation in social activities, meeting new people, and gaining both social and academic confidence. About the Mentoring Program

The Wolf Pack Mentoring Program is a student development
