About LocalAdLink

LocalAdLink, a leading online directory service, has joined forces with BOOMj.com, the number one social networking site

for Baby Boomers and people over 30, in order to bring local businesses and local consumers together. Led by Bob

McNulty, a retail visionary both online and offline, the two companies are poised to become the next big breakthrough in

how people do business.

Since the first emergence of the internet as a worldwide marketplace, the great advantage of internet marketing has been

its ability to reach customers around the globe but until now there has never been a way to unite local communities, local

customers and local businesses all together. People turn to the internet for information, and now 63% off all people

research online before making a purchase at their local store.

The last few years have seen a tremendous expansion in the power of online social communities such as MySpace,

Facebook and BOOMj. Hundreds of millions of people are linked in and sharing their thoughts, opinions and lives with

each other, creating a vast marketplace and an unmatched opportunity for ad exposure. However, the cost of maintaining

an advertising campaign on a major community is far beyond the budget of most small businesses, and the market has

been skewed towards companies which can profit by large scale advertising, and against local companies…

What, then, is the local solution to the global market? The answer lies in pin-pointed marketing, working on the people-to-

people model already present in online social communities.

As a destination website, LocalAdLink already serves over 14 million businesses across the nation. Consumers can

review businesses and services and read the reviews of others. However it doesn’t stop there….LocalAdLink has created

a game-changing opportunity with its exclusive advertising technology – imagine going to the most popular websites and

seeing your ad – geo-targeted to your community and relevant to your audience. LocalAdLink has created this advertising

network and created an affordable and easy solution for business to appear on websites such as Google, Yahoo, MSN,

MySpace, Facebook, Fandango, Rolling Stone, BOOMj, HGTV.com, MarthaStewart.com, NFL.com, Tarot.com,

Photo.net, Mommy.com, Gardens.com and hundreds more.

Currently, as part of this major initiative, LocalAdLink is training thousands of advertising representatives across the

country to help find the best local businesses. The goal is to help develop these local marketplaces, helping small

businesses grow by providing them with new customers in their areas. Given the current state of the economy, many

consumers will wish to buy local and support their community’s businesses. Advertising representatives for LocalAdLink

can help build a network of growth within their own hometowns, while receiving reward dollars to be spent with local

affiliated businesses.

Both LocalAdLink and BOOMj are headed by CEO Bob McNulty, a pioneer in the realm of internet retail and business.

Mr. McNulty’s past projects have included national home improvement chain HomeClub and the internet powerhouse

www.Shopping.com. With thirty years of experience to draw upon, Mr. McNulty understands the needs of small

businesses and the space they need to occupy in order to reach out to consumers. Supported by a large and highly

qualified team of professionals in multiple locations around the country, the combined efforts of BOOMj and LocalAdLink

are about to revolutionize the way business is done online.
