Terms and conditions: To keep the Zooper Warranty and National Roadside Assist valid you must have your car serviced at any of our Zooper Service Centres as listed on www.zoopercars.com.au. If your vehicle is still under manufacturer’s cover, you will still enjoy the benefits of the Zooper Warranty e.g. Roadside Assistance if the car is serviced by a Zooper agent, in accordance with the specifications set out in the owner’s manual at the prevailing rates. At the end of the manufacturer’s warranty Zooper Fixed Price Servicing Offer is available to all Zooper vehicle owners.

We will provide fixed price servicing, after the manufacturer’s warranty has expired, setting the price for our minimum service schedule required to maintain the Zooper Warranty.

Zooper Warranty Term and Servicing RequirementsThe conditions of the Contract commence on the Delivery Date. The benefits commence on the later to occur – either the Delivery Date and the expiry of the Manufacturer’s Full Warranty, or Statutory Warranty provided with the Vehicle. These are subject to your compliance with the conditions contained in this booklet. The Zooper Warranty will continue until the earlier to occur of the expiry date or expiry of kilometres shown on the Customer Contract page affixed to this booklet.

To avoid any misunderstanding, please read this carefully. Three important conditions of the Zooper Warranty are: 1. You will enjoy the benefits of the Zooper Warranty only if the Vehicle is serviced by a Zooper Agent, during the Statutory Warranty and any Manufacturer’s Full Warranty and also during the Zooper Warranty until all such periods expire (in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements). After the expiry of the Statutory and Manufacturer’s Full Warranty periods and upon commencement of the Zooper Warranty, you can enjoy Zooper’s Fixed Price Service Plan. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure these services are performed and that the service details are recorded correctly on the Zooper Warranty documents. Failure to do so will void the Zooper Warranty without further notice. It is the responsibility of the Customer to check coolant and oil levels on a regular basis. Zooper will not be responsible for failure due to lack of appropriate oil or coolant.

2. Your Vehicle MUST be returned to a Zooper Agent for all servicing during the Term of the Contract (as defined on the Customer Contract page affixed to this booklet). Other servicing will not be approved or recognised, and will void the Zooper Warranty.

3. Your Vehicle will be serviced in accordance with the Manufacturer’s servicing intervals which will be either by period of time, or the distance travelled - whichever occurs first as indicated in the Vehicle’s Manufacturer’s service requirement specifications.

In simple terms, Zooper will repair or replace covered components, to the limits of the Zooper Warranty, if you have the vehicle serviced ONLY by a Zooper agent. Total price including parts, oil and labour are:- Extended plan fixed price service cost:

The Zooper Warranty is not an insurance policy. It is a contract between YOU and the Company, designed to ensure that your Vehicle is maintained to a standard that will help protect YOU from costly repairs to defective parts.

Fixed Price Service

After the expiry of any Manufacturer’s Warranty period, we will agree to service your Vehicle under Zooper’s Fixed Price Service Plan at the price quoted on the Customer Contract page affixed to this booklet in accordance with the manufacturer’s service interval requirements.

Total price including parts, oil and labour is shown on your customer contract page.

If your vehicle requires synthetic or specialty oil, as specified by the manufacturer, additional charges may apply.

Servicing is necessary to maintain your vehicle in good condition. You will be advised of any defect found. Any items covered by the Zooper Warranty will be repaired at a mutually convenient time in accordance with the terms of the warranty.

In the event any additional work is required, we will refer any other required repairs or defects outside of this Zooper Warranty, to you for your approval, prior to any work being commenced.

Please note that Zooper’s fixed price service plan is intended to cover part of your Vehicle’s regular servicing needs during its lifetime, it is NOT a substitute for the full manufacturer’s service requirements for your vehicle.

Test wipers and inspect wiper blades.

Check air conditioning operation (where fitted).

Check steering and all suspension components.

Complete visual inspection of under carriage.

Conduct road test.

Inspect complete exhaust system.

ROADSIDE RESPONSE Simply call our toll free number and speak to our friendly operator 24hrs a day 365 days a year. We will assist with flat tyres, flat batteries, out of fuel (5lt top up at driver’s cost), even lock outs up to $77.

TOWING BREAKDOWN If you break down and your car is unable to be safely driven, we will transport you and your vehicle back to the Dealership within 50km. Otherwise it will be taken to the nearest authorised repair centre.

CAR HIRE & ACCOMMODATION In the event of a major vehicle breakdown more than 100km from your registered residence, (which sidelines your vehicle for more than 48hrs) we will assist you with up to $400 for accommodation and car hire costs. (Excludes fuel, km charges,administration charges, rental insurance/cover excess reduction, one-way drop off/collection fees, meals).

AMBULANCE COVER In the event of an accident where the registered vehicle is involved, and the driver or passengers require the services of an ambulance as a result of that accident, we will assist with ambulance cost up to $400.

LIMITS OF COVER Towing fee is free up to 50km, any towing in excess will be charged at prevailing rates. An excess may apply to areas that are more than 50km from the nearest provider.

National Roadside Assist Platinum

EXCLUSIONS: • Vehicles used for hire or

reward including rental and loan cars.

• Vehicles that require specialist or heavy equipment for removal, extraction from multi-storey or underground car parks, are bogged or are not within easy reach of a public road.

• Vehicles located off public roads (other than private residence).

• Vehicles which have been involved in an accident/collision or have sustained damage due to impact, slashed tyres, malicious criminal damage and/or flood damage. These should be referred to relevant emergency services, police or insurance company.

• Heavy vehicles, trucks and equipment over 3.5 tonnes gross weight.
