Opportunity Changes Everything” at MDC: For many students, MDC represents their only real chance to enroll in higher education – 74 percent of all MDC students need college preparatory coursework in reading, writing, math and/or English-as-a-second-language coursework. Half of MDC students report a native language other than English.
