Hello Parents and Students! I am so honored to be your teacher this fall. God has great things in store for us this year!! I have taught in five states since 1984 and bring a wealth of experience and wisdom to share with your children. I am also a librarian, so I will be bringing the joy of literacy to the classroom. I have traveled extensively in the U.S., Europe, and Canada and love to teach using my background as I teach geography and history. I love music and will be playing quiet study music in the classroom as I believe it helps students to concentrate. I have a degree in Christian Education and a minor in Bible, so we will be really digging Volunteering: If you would like to volunteer your time to drive our little bus to the library once a week, please let me know. Students need to have a chapter book available to read at all times. Please Homework Folders: Each night your child will bring home a folder with homework.
