This network can not only monitor HVAC equipment performance, temperature settings and room occu-pancy but it can also connect other room
systems to their respective server applications.

When the door is opened, the energy manage-ment system can react to seamlessly adjust the VRV system. This allows for the right amount of heating or cooling capacity to be delivered to the space as needed and ensures energy efficiency and occupant comfort go hand in hand. The capacity is implement-ed by a typical advanced characteristic of VRV system - adjusting the refrigerant volume at EEV by PID loop instead of On-Off controls.
