Weber Packaging Solutions manufactures a very broad line of labels and tags at our 320,000-square-foot manufacturing plant.

All operations are accomplished in our facility, including label graphic design and printing plate preparation, coating mill rolls with pressure-sensitive adhesive, and slitting those rolls to individual customer specifications.

With over thirty-five flexographic and digital label presses under one roof, we are able select the most productive printing technology for a particular

order. These high-speed presses print labels in up to ten colors, including life-like four-color process.

Weber also offers over one hundred combinations of paper

and film label stocks partnered with numerous adhesives to create labels that can be perfectly matched to a specific application.

In addition, Weber designs, fabricates and assembles a wide selection of standard and customized label applicators and printer-applicators. These systems feature high-speed, precise label placement along with unsurpassed label print quality. Weber’s latest innovation is a linerfree labeling system.

Our Quality Assurance team consists of experienced technicians who inspect all raw materials, work in progress, and completed label orders to ensure every product we deliver meets our standards and the requirements of the customer.

Customer questions and comments are always welcome, and we conduct an annual customer satisfaction survey to assess our performance and to identify opportunities for improvement.

Weber Packaging Solutions’ own Greenwise Program is an effort to challenge professionals in the packaging industry to become more observant, knowledgeable and committed towards greater environmental stewardship.

To that end, we offer a number of sustainable label products, including renewable films and papers, 30 percent post consumer waste papers, dissolvable and repulpable papers, soy-based inks, linerfree labeling systems and more.

Weber also has implemented green initiatives like recycling press waste into fuel pellets, eradicating the use of catalyzed inks, eliminating the use of herbicides on our grounds, new lighting that reduces airborne pollutants, in addition to taking other measures.
