• There is so much video content without subtitles.
• People who want to watch their favorite foreign videos need to wait an unnecessary amount of time until subtitles are provided.
• The current subtitle creation procedures are outdated: There can be some mistakes or misinterpretations in subtitles. Subtitle creators really want to update them but once it is distributed, no one can change it at all.
Solution
Quickest released subtitles provider: When more people participate, subtitles are generated faster.
Enable subtitle life cycle management
Follow/Unfollow features for script creators: People can follow subtitle creators right away. Creators can lead the way for people's video consumption.
Technology Behind
We have many experience about development of mobile service including social network services. The following picture will describe the system overview.
• Database technologies: Any language can be translated into any language. There can be multiple subtitles on one video content. There can be multiple scripts in the time line of one subtitle. Just one script can be selected when playing a video content.
• Social Service Development Technologies: Likes/unlikes, Re-views, Following/unfollow require special server development skills.
• UX Skills: There is no mobile based subtitles generator. Developing it itself is a kind of challenge.
