Amkryon International buys fabric from different cities in

India, mostly from Delhi, Bombay. The quality of the

fabric is varying according to the supplying country. In

the fabric department of Amkryon international,

inspection of fabric is done. Accepted fabric is send to the

next process.



PATTERN MAKING

In Pattern making first comes sample piece.

They sent measurement also. After this the

make specification sheet and then they checked

the shrinkage of fabric. According to shrinkage

cut the fabric.

DEPARTMENT

This is final stage before the garment is ready to shipped. As the

garment is already finished it requires a series of checks. The

garment goes through the quality checks, like measurement,

washing test, stitching test, etc. After the

finishing of garment it sent to ironing

department. After this it is steam pressed

labeled.
