OUR STORYBehind every story, there’s a unique journey. Alliance’s journey began with its’ founder who's father is a successful entrepreneur in the food industry since the start of the 1990s. The founder admired the traditional, hard work, dedication and core values of her father’s business that she decided to venture on her own with the pursuit of introducing the movement of farm to table to the communities of LA to the IE. The concept behind this movement was to offer locally grown products to local restaurants, support the local economy by purchasing these local grown products from surround farms and incorporate the nutritional purposes of buying organic products as well. In addition to the idea of this movement, in January of 2015, Alliance became established and began servicing the local communities. Today, Alliance continues to grow, and offer local grown produce & goods to current and future clients. As a result, the founder’s commitment her mission and values has promoted healthy eating, and has contribute increased funds within the local economy by purchasing from local farms.

Our Mission is to contribute building on the legacy of providing our customers with quality, integrity and excellent customer service that they have come to expect. we’ve become the leading foodservice company of locally grown produce & goods from LA to the IE. We believe in the nutritional advantages of Farm To Table and will continue to offer these advantages to our local communities.

WHAT WE DO

We are a Food Service Company to local restaurants and super markets.

We work directly with local farms to obtain the freshest and healthiest produce.

We service the local county communities( Los Angeles, Orange and San Bernardino).

We support the local economy by attending to various farmer’s markets and purchasing their local grown products to increase funds.

“FARM TO TABLE”What is the meaning of “Farm to Table?”

Not only are members of different communities going out to their local farms and picking out their own products, but now restaurant owners are also going out of their way to do the same. Locally grown is healthier by it not having to travel a long distance to get to your table. For example, processed foods, although quick to prepare, typically contain high amounts of sugar, fat, sodium and throughout its journey, it the majority begin to spoil.

Unlike processed foods,picking locally maintains your products fresh, no preservatives and you see the quality of what you will be consuming.

As a result, locally grown is healthier and tastier. It promotes independence over people to pick the quality,quantity that the will need. Lastly, this movement is slowly helping the environment by reducing transportation and transmission pollution.

Alliance has partnered with Chef Ivan Lizaola who offers free training for new and running kitchens. Our chef is well rounded & knowledge with our produce. His program offers customized chef training, creating new dishes using seasonal items, and how to acquiring savings with new dishes.

Chef Ivan has been cooking for 8 years and has made a name for himself when he helped open The Brew & Meatball CO. in Covina, CA which became the most successful restaurant in the San Gabriel Valley.

Working with celebrity chefs like Christian Navarro of “Hella Fraiche,” receiving a great review from San Gabriel Valley Tribune and even being acknowledge by the producing team of Kitchen Nightmares for his flavorful dishes.

Our chef is well seasoned from fast paced kitchens, to fine dinning, and training other chefs, these are a few milestones our young chef has accomplished. His friendly and approachable personality makes it simple for him to work along side with any chef that is wiling to learn something new!
