PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Global Dispatch System is a SOA based application that helps Genpact India to manages there Invoices Dispatching through Email, Fax, Courier and Portal Upload to customers of Genpact. Invoices need to send to customer across all over world based on their invoice dispatching date and type of dispatch mode. We provided the Invoice audit reports in ADF. We created workflows for human intervention. Integrate with other Genpact Systems (Unigen, GBS, and Oracle AR) for the data, provided an interface for the details of invoices. In Phase 2 is an extension of existing application having features like generating Genpact Invoices PDF as per the customer templates defined, integrating with courier system (DHL & Blue Dart) for generating online AWB number for send invoices through Hard Copy (Print) and track the shipment status generating multilingual reports based on the invoice data. Integration with Oracle HRMS and Genpact Akritiv tool. Enhance the performance of system by optimizing the SOA processes.



Using DHL and Blue dart web service generate the AWB number and Track the AWB status. Using Java API generate the Genpact Invoice which data is provided by Oracle AR. Using JMS Queue send the notification trigger. Using FTP adapter read and writes the invoice data files in .CSV format for Genpact Akritiv tool. Enhance the performance of system by optimizing the SOA processes. Create XSLT mapping for data transformation. Using File adapter read and updates the same data in table. Developed SOA composites with BEPL and Human Task. Sending the Notifications with the help of Email Activity in SOA.
