The Six Week ChecklistMake sure you use this checklist to prepare for the perfect prom.

6 Weeks before ___ Find your dress! Don’t be afraid to try different styles! The perfect dress may not be the one you imagined.

___ Plan out your hairdo. Experiment with your cut, style, and take into consideration your dress, earrings and necklace.

4 Weeks before___ Start planning the night with your friends. Make reservations if you need to.

___ Arrive in style - all eyes will be on you! Make sure your date has booked that ride at least four weeks in advance!

___ Make hair, nails, or makeup appointments.

___ Pick up perfect prom dress. Go ahead and try it out! You may need to get alterations.

___ Break in your prom shoes; wear them around the house if you have to!

2 Weeks before___ Confirm plans with friends for before and after prom plans.

Night Before___ Be prepared for anything by packing a prom emergency kit. Key items to keep on hand: Tampons and pantiliners, lip gloss, and folded flat shoes.

___ Beauty sleep! You want to look your absolute best!

Prom Day___ Go to hair, nails and makeup appointments! Make sure to wear a button down shirt for your hair appointment so it will be easy to take off with your special do.

___ Make sure to smell good! Bring a test size or small roll-on version of your perfume to fit in your tiny purse. Be sure to wear a clear gel deodorant, white marks on your dress will spoil your prom spunk.

___ Don’t forget to bring your emergency kit, money, and your camera!

___ Have lots of fun and take lots of pictures!
