CIMA’s Ready-Mixed business is spearheaded by

Unipati Concrete Sdn Bhd (UPC), one of Malaysia’s

Top 10 manufacturers of ready-mixed concrete. UPC

has the capacity to produce more than 1 million m3 of

concrete annually utilising its 10 computerised batching

plants. These are supported by a fleet of over 150,

some of which are GPS-communicable, mixer trucks.

All UPC plants are certified ISO 9001 and production

processes comply to MS523:1993 standards. UPC

products encompass High Performance Concrete, Steel

Fiber Concrete, Dry Lean Concrete, Cement Treated

Base, Pavement Quality Concrete and Normal Concrete.

UPC provides both wet mix and dry mix project plant

CIMA’s Aggregates & Premix business is spearheaded

by 100% owned Kuari Pati Sdn Bhd (KPSB) and 70%

owned KUAD Sdn Bhd. KPSB is one of the nation’s

major players in quarry and premix products,

established to support Malaysia’s North-South

Expressway. While KPSB operates five quarries, six

premix plants and two cement based plants; KUAD Sdn

Bhd focuses on the Northern market through its quarry

and a premix plant in Penang. All quarries are certified

ISO 9001 and provide a total monthly production of

300,000 metric tonnes.
