ABC utilizes a three step approach to conflict resolution. While we encourage conflict to be handled at the lowest level possible, we realize there are times where mediation may be necessary. Our conflict resolution team is composed of trained professionals who are available to assist with personal and intergroup conflict management. We also provide training on conflict resolution within the workplace.
