Where we can contr ibute Kindness

Anand Bharti Care & Development Society (NGO)is non-profit & apolitical registered

organization working for the education & empowerment of poor and uneducated children ofour society.

Along with the collaborative efforts from Anand Bharti Senior Secondary Schooland

another stitching project for women empowerment Shakti, NGO is maintaining the

decorum of school environment for underprivileged children. Under a unit Bal-krriti

classes in evening shifts are also being conducted for those children who are often neglectedfor the basic needs & education, and are not able to come in the morning time. NGO sell out

the traditional creations of Shakti outside India and fuel financial support.

BAHISHKRIT HITKARI SANGATHAN (BHS)

After having understood that the people from the Dom community were being ill

treated because they fell outside the caste hierarchy, Sanjay decided to work towards

addressing the issues of untouchability and discrimination, and the Bahishkrit Hitkari

Sangathan (BHS) was born in 2006.

Issue was broadcasted by Satyamevjayte team on 24 june, 2012.

Currently, BHS works in the Khagaria, Gaya, Katihar, Bhagalpur, Sheikhpura and

most recently, Aurangabad districts. Most of the work is focussed in Khagaria. In

Katihar, the sangathan is working with the people of the Musahar caste. In Bhagalpur

and Sheikhpura, they work with both Doms and Musahars.

Along with their collaborative efforts, Anand Bharti Care & Development Society is

striving to provide career guidance and admission opportunities to such students on

100% scholarship including hostel fees. Various courses are prestigious degrees

including B.Tech, M.B.A. etc.

We aim to bring every talent with the opportunities & sustain right to equality of such

deserving students facing crises unfortunately.

We successfully initiated the project 2012 In Bihar & now looking to extend our efforts

in other remote areas of Sikkim, Jammu & Kashmir etc. of India

BAL-KRRITI

A foothold to a better education and a brighter future

BAL KRRITI is a project of the non-profit making, voluntary, development oriented organization. ABCDS

that has been established 1997 to fight against various social injustices. This project has the aim to improve

the life quality of poor children and to send them to school.

The activities in provide the children with some basic

knowledge of practical and social skills which wil

enable them to become responsible, contributing

members of society.

Another main goal is to prevent them from dropping

out of the school by prepare them well and by

continuing to accompany them when they go to school.

Even more important is the fact that they enjoy the time

they spend at BAL KRRITI, far away from all the

difficulties and problems they face back home.

An additional benefit is that newly discovered and

nurtured talents can be used to earn money in a proper

sustainable fashion, placing the children one step close

to a better place in Indian society.

Within the scope of a rehabilitation and preschool program

ith non formal education these children coming from the

edge of society learn on a playful way Hindi, English, MathsArt & Crafts and Music, enriched with stories and games.

Beside that BAL KRRITI looks after the home-work of poor

school going children & let them join the special activities and

games, organizes workshops where the children get an insigh

into different occupations and manual skills, learn dance and

theatre, receive information about important topics such a

health care, environment and basic knowledge. The projec

also organizes group discussions where the children learn to

speak about themselves, listen to others and think abou

important issues.

n addition to acceptance from its participants, BAL KRRITI seeks sustainability by approaching the family

nd environment of the children on a regular basis. Once a month the living area of the children is getting

isited and the parents encouraged to visit the project in ABS School of ABCDS and to talk about their needs

nd wishes in order to increase social acceptance.

BAL KRRITI focuses its work on education, but also provides the children First Aid and clothes if needed

Later on also medical check ups and nutrition will be considered.
