Summary: The Project was OGEAP data profiling and data mitigation planning that dealt with data
extraction from source systems (SAP, PI, EDM, and CDS), loading the extracted table in the IBM information
analyzer (IA) database, generating reports for each attribute to be analyzed, profiling data, analyzing data and
identifying issues based on the logical data model that was defined by the business team onshore.
Role: My role was to assign work to all the team members on daily basis, present profiled data summary,
discuss issues identified with the profiled data in daily status call with onshore team and suggest
improvements

Summary: The project was SharePoint migration (SP) project that dealt with migration of shell sites from
SP 2007 and Live link to SP 2010
Role: My role was to talk to onshore business readiness team (BA) in U.S, take their requirements,
analyze them, generate source reports, fill in the Migration Specification (MSF) form and forward it to
the Central team in Netherlands and finally validate the MSF received from Central team to approve or reject
migration

and offshore BA team, as well as with the site owners (getting sign offs)

Project: A Comparative Study of Automation and Manual System at HPCL e-fuel outlets/ SSR & ways
to enhance customer experience and satisfaction at HPCL e-fuel outlets at, Mumbai under Retail

Summary: The primary objective of the Project basically dealt with HPCL's aim of achieving NANO i.e. No
Automation No Operation. Reasons for variation between manual and automation system at SSR were
found out, suggestions for minimization/ elimination wherever possible were presented and factors were
determined on which existing automation system can be relied upon.
The secondary objective was to improve customer experience and satisfaction using existing automation
system that would eventually lead to higher customer loyalty at HPCL e-fuel outlets
