  • Summary: The primary objective of the Project basically dealt with HPCL's aim of achieving NANO i.e. No

    Automation No Operation. Reasons for variation between manual and automation system at SSR were

    found out, suggestions for minimization/ elimination wherever possible were presented and factors were

    determined on which existing automation system can be relied upon.

    The secondary objective was to improve customer experience and satisfaction using existing automation

    system that would eventually lead to higher customer loyalty at HPCL e-fuel outlets
