Personal Qualities: Professional StrengthsMy professional strengths are my beliefs, responsibility, retrospective viewpoint, strive to learn and improve, and ability to see the capacity others hold within themselves to change, grow, and develop for the better.

• Belief: People especially talented in the Belief theme have certain core values that are unchanging. Out of these values emerges a defined purpose for their life.

• Responsibility: People especially talented in the Responsibility theme take psychological ownership of what they say they will do. They are committed to stable values such as honesty and loyalty.

• Connectedness: People especially talented in the Connectedness theme have faith in the links between all things. They believe there are few coincidences and that almost every event has a reason.

• Learner: People especially talented in the Learner theme have a great desire to learn and want to continuously improve. In particular, the process of learning, rather than the outcome, excites them.

• Input: People especially talented in the Input theme have a need to collect and archive. They may collect information, ideas, history, or even relationships.

Areas of Study SynthesisI selected my areas of study purposefully according to my strengths, weaknesses, and passions in life. In doing so, I have chosen to study Psychology and Christian Counseling. God has placed within me a desire to help people and compassion to meet their visible needs in order to meet their spiritual needs.

Psychology:

Gives an understanding of what components of life bring meaning to what being human is through one’s attitudes and behavior

Christian Counseling:

Has provided a way to help others find contentment in their physical, mental, and emotional needs, has provided knowledge on how to assist in character growth by knowing "what ought to be" and the purpose for which God created each individual with an identity in Christ
