Premium Leasing System ABBA LEASING was developed on the basis of highly

efficient, automated and integrated banking system NovoDoba®. This is a multi-layer banking system applications which covers the whole banking business of savings and credit

transactions for citizens and all operations for corporate entities to exchange of information with payment systems and credit card companies, and reporting to National Bank or other institutions. This is probably the most flexible and innovative system, which brings great

advantages to banks who use it because it reduces the need for human labor it accelerates all processes and with a powerful business intelligence that can predict individual events

each financial institution that uses it seems more flexible and better prepared for the challenges of the market. The system that is arranged in such way directly increases the profits of the Bank. At this point it is used by banks in Croatia, and in future we expect a

significant breakthrough into foreighn markets. On the standards and procedures of this complex, multi-checked and verified banking application we made ABBA Leasing.

With all the advantages related to safety, structure, clarity and organization of ABBA

banking applications from where it originated, ABBA Leasing will impress all its users with

its original solutions, unprecedented flexibility, simplicity and speed of use. This is an

application that reduces costs and improves overall operations of leasing companies that

use it.

ABBA Leasing thus becomes the application ready for all future challenges, both business

to our region in the standard lease applications that primarily fall into the category of

ABBA LEASING falls into the category of "Universal leasing package" and covers all of the

leasing business. ABBA LEASING also uses, already checked and in banks confirmed, ABOS (ABBA BANKING OPERATION SYSTEM) as the core and the foundation of Modules/

Services which allows high-quality, secure and continuous communication with Module Manager, and controlled by the CMP (Core Management Process), executes all background jobs, and associated bookings and controls, completely automated. ABBA modules are built

into one application to be more accessible, faster and easier to use. All modules use the same database, so their connections are constant and they form a unity. All rights and

obligations are determined by needs and requirements of business processes.

ABBA LEASING as well as any other ABBA business application solutions and modules, are multilingual and can be used simultaneously in different languages, and any new language, thanks to the ABBA-engine can be added within a few days. To facilitate the work of

clients/partners and guaranteed compatibility between different versions of the module, ABBA developed applications "Abba UpdateMaker" and "Abba Updater". They are used for

all updates or new applications coming out 'under the hammer' of our programmers. Applications are characterized by simplicity and speed of use, because they can within a few seconds automatically update all the workstations in the system. The application “Abba

UpdateMaker" can be used to create or enter an upgrade or new application that can be set for the entire system or for each workstation individually, depending on your needs. "Abba

Updater” is an application that is used to download an upgrade or to implement a new applications.

Internal systems of the company allow us constant surveillance and monitoring of new versions and changes, which fully guarantees the compatibility of different versions

and modules. An important role here has Abba Department for testing and monitoring of the quality of products in our internal application HOGAR. In addition to that, the constant care and version control is also taken through automated "source code" control system -

Source Anywhere that holds all the codes in an internal SQL server. Any changes in production bases is made by users themselves, and ABBA just prepares "update packs"

that are first applied to a test database and when their correctness is confirmed also to the production.

ABBA Leasing took down all the mathematical functions and calculations as well as the

methodology of booking from our banking system, wich with the added flexibility and adaptability to the present system, now offers great opportunities for expansion, but also

a high level of operational safety. The system has all the advanced technology that our company uses in its products so it enables quality monitoring for leasing objects, with integrated Document Management System, document scanning and monitoring of the

full lifetime of the leasing request from the issue of the offer to the final repayment, refunds or sales of the object. ABBA Leasing of course, also has a reporting module that

includes all the reports that the leasing company have to submit to the regulatory authorities.

ABBA Leasing usees another innovation from the banking system - Abba Smart Input, input method of any client specific tags (identification number, name, surname, initials...)

and then immediately finds clients who meet the desired category. This is possible in all forms of entry and job creation, or anywhere where you need to enter the client. Exceptional possibility of the system parametrization allows ABBA Leasing to be

customized to each financial institution and its current mode of operations or future business vision. The configuration of the system, compared with competitive systems,

allows much faster changes and adding of new jobs or entire modules.

Thanks to ABBA VKO system (Virtual Loan Committees), solely for the purposes of ABBA

Leasing we developed a new, unique and innovative prudential (credit rating) estimates. By comparing more than 30 major financial ratios (and other made by discretion of our

clients/partners) , each user gets a certain prudential assessment wich is a great help when making decisions. The system provides regular analysis of the creditworthiness of customers and exceptional help when setting up new criteria and conditions.

In ABBA Leasing system inventory and reservations are separate units that allow easy

and, at any point, conductive realization of these important business processes. Collection of receivables is an important service in ABBA Leasing. Thanks to innovative solutions in the system there is inetractive communication and constant contact with

customers via e-invoices and e-mail, SMS, telephone and traditional post mail with a permanent program record.

With ABBA Leasing every form of internal records and documents outside applications become redundant. Through ABBA Leasing client/partner can create his own form and

content of documents that are automatically filled with available data. This is not only faster but also makes the leasing companie much more acceptable in the eyes of its

customers.

When it comes to the monitoring principles of products and contracts in the ABBA

Leasing system - all the bookkeeping schemes are defined by setting "tiprac" that is done by leasing companies themselves through the Parameterization application. So here is

possible to easily separate the new products on a separate account in order to be clearly arranged and accessible in the balance, and as such a great help in budgeting and planning.

Automatic processing take accounts defined in “tiprac” and general accounts database

(kontamod) and generate the bookings in the analytical book from which is possible daily differential data transfer to the general ledger. This is done in order to General ledger itself would not be overburdened with a bunch of analytical data but to contain only compressed

data.

All analytical data are presented in a table named "fintran", and the data is retrieved from it for any balance or operations of each contract. Upon the receipt of payments on the contract it is first booked to the account from which the unallocated payments later in the

processing are allocated to all due liabilities. Possible surplus funds remain in the account kept as a liability to the client and are reported separately in account balance, and included

in the final settlement of the agreement. All invoices and reinvoices related to contract and are not based on principal or interest is also in the analytical booking run as entries related

to agreement, on a separate defined accounts. Calculation of penalty interest are also fully automated, but offer the possibility to be 'joined' to the next months invoice or not (depending on the relationship between client and leasing companies) so leasing

ABBA LEASING v2

At the start of 2012 ABBA Leasing v2.0.0 was released to production. In the new version

we applied all the "engines" from our advanced banking system NovoDoba® ABOS v5, and ABBA Leasing v2 hereby raised to an even higher level when it comes to data security, speed and simplicity of operation, and optimization of business processes.

Architecture and Technology

ABBA LEASING has layered architecture, and it can be classified into the category of

"presentation, process, business logic, data". ABBA Leasing and all its modules and components are created in Microsoft technologies, VB, VB.NET, MSSQL, and uses the "Fat-clients" client architecture.

The system does not support that client performs some specific functionality off-line, but it

has an equal mode like NovoDoba®, which has an "up-time" of 99.99% (analysis of the past 8 years). From losing a client to the server connection (rupture of telecommunication cable, failure of network equipment...) to re-establishing the connection, the application is

ready for operation within 15 seconds. So far, the system itself was out of use only for regularly scheduled maintenance (1 hour in 3 months).

The solution is completely independent of the physical infrastructure as the only level that is used for communication between workstations and servers is the level of TCP/IP traffic.

Architecture and Technology

ABBA Leasing uses standard Windows platform, and the decision on clustering, backup methods, redundancy, contingency is entirely at the user as well as control over work decisions. Minimum requirement is to use Microsoft Windows with Microsoft SQL Server

2005 Standard database.

Workstations can run on any Windows operating system, and our applications are always

certified for the latest systems (now for example, for all to the Windows 7).

The system is completely designed for 24/7 on-line processing, and at the end of the day it

request processing. The system uses so called “evening jobs” that are relatively short, and their duration measured in seconds. Slightly longer jobs are performed at the end of the

month, and their duration can be up to several minutes. During the time of jobs you can

normally work in the system.

When it comes to the security mechanisms at application level, the system offers a high

level of safety. First on the modules/services base since not all modules/services are available to all persons. Then at the level of form, and also through the special

authorizations. All these authorizations are given through the application AK—User Administration. In addition to the standard authorization it is possible to define the special

authorizations to the selected operators, and all the organizational structure adapts to the client during the implementation of solutions. Encryption of sensitive data such as

passwords are stored encrypted per international standards.

The system is so structured that the business change of each subject is immediately identified. Each business unit, branch or headquarters are supported in such way that they

can be treated as a separate profit and cost centers. The system works on the central server, and business units are connected to the server via TCP/IP protocol. Of course, every business unit can be taken separately. System currently supports the management

of up to 99999 organizational units.

Architecture and Technology

Each transaction or non transaction record (input or change on clients information and

similar...) registers; operator, workstation (PC) and organizational unit that made this change. Even printing of gross balance is possible by organizational unit and report of profitability can be further parametrisized for distribution of 'common' costs connected

with, for example, leasing headquarters in the general ledger.

The system further provides the ability to obtain consolidated reports on the level of branches, regions or entire leasing organization. Since all data are in single database and all transactions and accounts have marks of a business unit and many others, we can

obtain more complex reports than currently required. The system ABBA Leasing supports the ability of more detailed reporting. For example, it is possible to report upon

individual employee/operator, on a certain day and certain time frame of the day. Consolidation of reports is also possible because all is tied to the lowest level of the workstation and organizational unit so that the interconnection and the wider grouping is

not a challenge.

Special attention in the ABBA Leasing system is given to the input data so due to the added controls the errors in data entry (input) and the actions themselves are reduced

to a minimum. In many cases operator can not even deliberately make a mistake. Through the application AK — User Administration you can determine the authorisations of access to parts of the system for each operator. Authority can be assigned using the

templates, or can be customized for each operator/workers in particular. The system can define a wide range of levels of rights for each operation or transaction by the persons

authorized by the leasing company, without the mediation of ABBA.

Safety of data on the server is guaranteed by Microsoft technologies, and implementation of all safety guidelines/instructions is ABBA’s concern. Passwords of all the operators are

encrypted in the database, even the system administrator can not see them (he can only change them). "Hidden triggers" on the database make records periodically so they can

later confirm the authenticity of the stored data in the subsequent analysis, and they can detect whether someone even with the highest authority has modified the data in the database. All operations and transactions are recorded in the “log” (even to the smallest

detail such as if particular item has been selected to print or not).
