Steckbrief WG13 “Software interfaces for operation and planning of the electric grid”

125 Mitglieder

10 Projekte von 48 TC57-Projekten

Define standards for software interfaces among systems supporting business functions

directly involved with operation and planning of the overall interconnected electric grid.

Develop the power system network models used by these business functions to analyse the

behaviour of the grid. These business functions cover the entire interconnected grid at all

voltage levels, and they often involve interactions between systems at various different

participants in the grid (e.g. RTO/RSC, TSO, DSO, microgrid, generator, consumer). Data

exchanges include SCADA data, network studies and calculations for real-time operation,

day-ahead studies, and secure constrained economic dispatch.

Paradigmenwechsel in der Normung

→ Aktuelle Trends und Entwicklungen werden zuerst in den Expertenteams

der der Normung sichtbar.

Heute:

• Übergreifende Systemnormung

• Normung VOR der

Produktentwicklung sichert die

Stellung im Markt

• Normen und Standards werden

sofort international eingebracht

Gestern:

• Normung in Sparten

• Etablierte Produkte werden

genormt

• Normen und Standards sind

national, Internationalisierung

kommt später

Page 17: ABAC Workshop - Vorstellung der IEC Expertenteams und

"Third-class businesses make products;

Second-class businesses develop

technologies;

First-class businesses set standards."
