Duties and responsibilities since 02/2008
Key result area in a Company having more than 28000 Manpower with 19 different nationalities.
Sourcing Selection Agencies NetworkingBack office Administration Timely Deployment Retention & Motivation
Other Responsibilities included but not limited to:
1. Handling a Team of Recruitment Associates/Recruiters and HR Assistants.
2. Reporting to General Manager HR on followings, Advertisement / Interviews /
selection & Arrival / Joining Procedure/ Deployment Communication with company
registered agents mainly from India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Local Agents
in Oman.
3. Looking after a team of Associates who Process the Documents of individual to get employment/express and short work visa.
4. Eye on Proper Completion of Joining formalities for new staff including their Medical, Finger print. Labor card, induction and deployment to the unit/Department, as well as on their accommodation and transportation.
5. Coordination with Finance and Accounts department for clearance of various numbers of invoices received from agents/ad agencies/hotels/travel agents/training schools etc.
