• HL and NHL disbursed between June 1, 2011 and September 30, 2011 will

be considered.

• All issued premium for the period June 1, 2011 and September 30, 2011 will

be considered.

• Results will be announced by 20th October 2011.

• The contest achievement will be strictly calculated basis Branch code

mentioned on the application form. No exception or deviation on

erroneous Branch code will be considered.

• All targets are based on the collected and issued premium.

• The weightage for both disbursal targets (HL & NHL) and Insurance is

equal… i.e. 50% each.

• If a team achieves 120% in disbursal (HL & NHL) and 80% in insurance, the

overall achievement will be 100%.

• At 80% achievement, the teams will WIN Rs5000.

• At 100% achievement, the teams will WIN Rs8000.

• At 110% achievement, the teams will WIN Rs12000.

• The cash awards received by the teams will be utilised towards Team

celebrations / trips.

• In case of any doubts, disputes, errors, decision of AHFL Management will

be final & binding.
