    Q: What is the Triple AAA Bonus Program? A: The Triple AAA Bonus Program is a new addition to the compensation plan designed to provide early and consistent income to new associates. This bonus fills the gaps between the Fast Start and Team Commission earnings. Q: How will I be able to track my qualifying volume for the Triple AAA bonus? A: You can view your Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 volume in the Triple AAA report in your Virtual Office. Q: Can all ASEA Associates participate? A: Yes Q: Does the Triple AAA Bonus pay out with the regular weekly bonus? A: No, it is paid on the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday it will payout on the next business day. Q: Do I need to be binary qualified to earn the bonus? A: No. To qualify for any level of the bonus, a 100PV or more Autoship must process within the calendar month it is scheduled to run. Q: What if my Autoship is scheduled to run on the weekend? A: Autoship orders will process every business day and will process on Saturday and Sunday if these are the last days of the month. Q: What if my Autoship does not process successfully in the month? A: The Autoship order will not count towards qualification Q: How do I resubmit the payment on a failed Autoship?

  • A: Failed Autoship orders will reflect in red on the VO homepage. When you click on the order number in red, you will be directed to a page within the Autoship manager where you can resubmit the order with the current payment method or with an alternate payment method. Q: What if my Autoship is scheduled to run on the last day of the month and it fails? A: You will be given one business day to resubmit the order to count for qualifying month. Q: How do I qualify for the Bonus Case Promotion? A: Enroll a new Associate on Autoship between July 1, 2013 December 31, 2013. The Associate must receive an Autoship order of 100 PV or more for the 3 consecutive months following Enrollment. The Enrollment order does not count as one of the Autoship orders. Q: How do I claim my free case of ASEA once Ive qualified for the Bonus Case Promotion? A: Call Associate Support within 90 days of eligibility to claim free ASEA case. Q: Can Preferred Customers participate in the Triple AAA Bonus or Bonus Case Promotion? A: No, only ASEA Associates are eligible for these bonuses.
