I laureati magistrali in Production Engineering and Management devono:
• conoscere approfonditamente gli aspetti teorico-scientifici della
matematica e delle altre scienze di base ed essere capaci di utilizzare
tale conoscenza per interpretare e descrivere i problemi complessi
dell'ingegneria o che richiedono un approccio interdisciplinare;
• conoscere approfonditamente gli aspetti teorico-scientifici
dell'ingegneria, sia in generale sia in modo approfondito relativamente a
quelli dell'ingegneria gestionale, nella quale sono capaci di identificare,
formulare e risolvere anche in modo innovativo problemi complessi o
che richiedono un approccio interdisciplinare;
• essere capaci di ideare, pianificare, progettare e gestire sistemi,
processi e servizi complessi e/o innovativi;
• essere capaci di progettare e gestire esperimenti di elevata
complessità;
• essere dotati di conoscenze di contesto e di capacità trasversali;
• avere conoscenze nel campo dell'organizzazione aziendale (cultura
d'impresa) e dell'etica professionale;
• essere in grado di utilizzare fluentemente, in forma scritta e orale,

L’ammissione al Corso di Laurea Magistrale Double Degree in
Production Engineering and Management è subordinata al possesso di
uno dei seguenti titoli di studio:
- Laurea triennale in Ingegneria Industriale
- Laurea triennale in Ingegneria dell’informazione
- Per laureati in possesso di titolo di laurea diverso o provenienti da
altre Sedi, i requisiti di accesso e gli eventuali crediti formativi aggiuntivi da
acquisire prima dell'iscrizione saranno valutati da apposita commissione
del corso di laurea (come disposto dal Regolamento Didattico di Facoltà).

Il numero di posti disponibili è limitato a 20 (venti).
L’ammissione è regolata annualmente da un bando;
Potranno fare domanda di ammissione tutti coloro che, oltre al rispetto
dei vincoli curricolari, si presentino con voto di laurea triennale maggiore
o uguale a 90/110 e la conoscenza della lingua inglese a livello B2;
La graduatoria degli ammessi sarà pubblicata a seguito di valutazione del
curriculum degli studi e colloquio di lingua inglese predisposta da una
commissione di docenti di Ingegneria nominata dal Consiglio di Facoltà.

progettuale/metodologica che si deve concludere con un elaborato (Tesi
di Laurea).
- Con la tesi il laureando deve dimostrare la padronanza degli argomenti
trattati, la capacità di operare in modo autonomo e un buon livello di
capacità di comunicazione.
- L’argomento dovrà essere attinente o al tirocinio svolto o a tematiche
proprie della Production Engineering and Management, sarà svolto sotto
la guida di un relatore interno con l’eventuale aiuto di uno o più
correlatori che possono essere anche esterni all’Ateneo, soprattutto nel

Durante il corso si forniranno gli strumenti utili a risolvere i problemi matematici
che sorgono nell’ambito dell’ingegneria, come quelli atti ad analizzare i dati nella
comprensione di fenomeni complessi e nei processi decisionali. Inoltre, il corso si
propone di fornire modelli matematici atti a risolvere nel concreto i problemi di tipo
strategico, tattico e operativo che si presentano nella gestione aziendale. Oltre alle
classiche teorie delle scorte e della schedulazione, sono studiati problemi di

and operation of complex systems subservient to the production of
goods and services. We start from the design process starting from the
initial technical and economic feasibility of the plan to reach the definition

Durante il corso si studieranno i problemi inerenti il flusso della
produzione manufatturiera attraverso i sistemi di lavorazione delle parti,
acquisendo strumenti quali tecniche standard e modelli di ottimizzazione
per la pianificazione ed il controllo congiunti all’impiego creativo di tali
strumenti. Si analizzeranno ed applicheranno gli strumenti e le
metodologie di progettazione del prodotto e del processo e si
utilizzeranno e svilupperanno soluzioni individuali per la progettazione
del prodotto e l’ottimizzazione ingegneristica.

utilizzati nel settore del legno-arredo, e si analizzeranno le caratteristiche dei
prodotti finiti a seconda delle materie prime e delle tecnologie impiegate nei
processi produttivi. Inoltre si studieranno tutti i macchinari, strumenti e
apparecchiature impiegate per la trasformazione delle materie prime in
prodotti finiti. Si progetteranno i reparti di produzione determinando capacità,
e produttività, definendo i flussi di materiali e le fasi produttive, rispettando i
requisiti di qualità e quantità.
