The brilliantly clear high speed auto darkening fi lter provides unsurpassed high defi nition clarity of the weld zone. The X-view cartridge reacts at only 1/20,000th of a second and the new X-screen technology ensures a crisp, clear view of the weld pool with excellent colour defi nition. The unique, ergonomically designed shell is specially designed to direct waste gases around the helmet and away from the face and pivot with a low centre of gravity - making it a comfortable, balanced helmet that you really can wear all day. Servore’s Auto Darkening Filters (ADF’s) are made up of a permanent, full time radiation fi lter combined with special LCD’s and optically correct glass to ensure complete protection from harmful radiation all the time. Like all Servore welding helmets, the Arc Defender can be used with a magnifying lens. The mag lens fi ts neatly in front of the auto-darkening fi lter between the front cover lens and the fi lter and is held fi rmly in place in the special recess.

AIRWINGAIRWING

The AIRWING has been designed for welding environments where eye and respiratory protection is absolutely essential to keep injuries and ingestion of welding fumes to a minimum. The AirWing is a positive pressure system built with a tough robust exterior yet is comfortable and lightweight. The ergonomic design, lightweight shell, fully adjustable head gear and back harness delivers maximum comfort during long welding periods. Longevity and reliability of the P3 fi lter provides up to 139,000mm2 of usable fi lter media. The control panel features LED Battery - Raised Indicators and allows easy adjustment and monitoring while welding. 2 speed function provides increased comfort for varied working conditions and an audible vibrating alarm indicates low battery or blockage. AirWing is fi tted with a spark fi lter and replaceable pre fi lters to protect and extend the life of the main fi lter. The Lithium battery provides 8 hours use on slow speed, requires a 3 hour charge at a maximum 500 charges.
