APM offers full range of property servicesBy ERICA DRZEWIECKI@DRZEWIECKINBH
A stellar reputation and infi-nite capabilities define Acceler-ated Property Management.
Headquartered at 583 South St., New Britain, APM first
opened in 1987 as Accelerated Landscaping Incorporated.
General Manager Jim Paldi-no changed the name around five years ago to reflect his company’s expanded scope of work.
“We offer basically soup-to-nuts, turnkey operation for any interior or exterior needs,” Paldino said. “We can cover from A to Z for any commercial or residential property; from the most simplistic job to com-plete site development.”
Services include construc-tion, building and remodeling, landscaping and the sale of materials. That encompasses electrical, plumbing, snow removal and pretty much any type of property and building needs.
With 15 employees and growing, APM carries all appli-cable licensing and a strong reputation not only in the New Britain region, but all around Connecticut.
Staff is planning on expand-ing their recycling facility over the next year. Currently it accepts leaf litter from municipalities, concrete from contractors and wood chips from a variety of tree service companies.
“Within a year we’re planning on starting our own mulching operation,” Paldino said.
The pandemic has not impacted his business, thank-fully.
“Our work is very constant, very steady,” he said. “People are home right now, so they’re requesting more work, more projects.”
Clients value the personal-
ized customer service provided by Paldino and his staff.
A prime example is HRW Resources in Farmington, which has been a commercial client since 1990, going on 31 years.
“We’ve just had a fantastic relationship with them,” Paldi-
no said. “As customers they’ve been very reasonable with us and we’ve provided them the best service possible.”
