Please welcome our new neighbors: Gregory Reichelt, 694 Wedgewood Dr. George and Jacquie Mathes, 983 Plantain Ct. We would like to thank all residents for their patience and understanding during our record rainfall in the month of May. You may have noticed that Acres has been out doing some pruning and trimming which should continue throughout the month. If you have special landscape items you would like Acres to avoid please mark them with a red flag. These can be obtained from Jody Anderson and Chuck Ebann. Please be aware there will be a young man walking the villas to inspect brick for tuck-pointing needs in July. Each unit will be given a rating (similar to driveway rating process), we will email additional information as it becomes available. Keep in mind, Villa owners are responsible for brick on chimney and chimney caps. Due to social distancing requirements the Board of Directors has been meeting remotely for the last two meetings. We will inform our residents as soon as we resume open public meetings. In the meantime please feel free to contact any board member with questions.
