Wedding Ceremony:

There are a variety of venues and locations available in Herm:

St Tugual’s Chapel

Seats 70, covered additional space can be arranged in the Chapel garden

Licensed for religious ceremonies, you must arrange the date with the Dean of Guernsey

A hire charge of £500 is applied (50% discount if booked 6+ months prior to wedding date)

Herm beaches

Seats can be arranged for up to 100 people

A logistics charge is applied for the transport and setup of the venue (varies based on requirements

£500-£1,500)

We can source and hire chairs if required

Hotel lawns

More sheltered than the beach

Partial views of Guernsey, close proximity to the restaurant or marquee

A hire charge for use of the lawn will be applied (varies based on requirements £250-£1,000)

Wedding Reception:

Let your guests enjoy a drink and socialise prior to your wedding breakfast whilst the bride and groom enjoy

photographs around the picturesque spots on Herm. Transport will be provided.

Hotel front or back lawns

Up to 200 guests can be accommodated

Oyster bar available as an option for canapes

Selection of canapes available

Drinks offering is extensive

Close proximity to the marquee, hire not applied as included in marquee/venue rental

Wedding Breakfast:

The Conservatory Restaurant

Available between 12.30 and 4.00pm

Seats up to 120 people

3 course plated banquet menu, cold buffet or bowl food available

Room can be decorated for the event

£1,000 rental applied to include exclusive use, labour, lawns reception and setup

The Sperry tent

Available all day and night

Seats up to 150 people

Entertainment and music available (sourced if required)

Chair covers available at £2 per chair

Long tables can be hired, round tables provided by the hotel

Bar available all day

Barbecue, hog roast, buffet, or bowl food menus available

£2,000 rental applied to include labour, lawn reception and setup (booked for the whole day)

Cold buffet from £17.95 per person

Banquet menu from £34.95 per person

Canapes from £2.95 per canapé

Bowl food from £3.95 per option

Wine:

Sparkling available from £20.95/btl

Wine available from £17.50/btl

The Afternoon ‘interval’:

If a change of setup is involved between your Wedding

breakfast and evening entertainment, an interval will be

required to reset the marquee. If no setup is required, you

are welcome to stay and enjoy the bar and facilities.

Evening Celebrations:

The marquee is the only venue available for an evening reception in the hotel in high season. Exclusive use of

the entire hotel is available in low/mid-season, further details are available on enquiry.

Band/DJ/custom lighting are all available from outside sources

Bar can be stocked with your favourite drinks

A pre-purchased account can be placed behind the bar - cards are accepted

Music must finish by 10.30pm

Getting home or accommodation:

Accommodation is available at the hotel; the last boat departs for Guernsey at 10.45pm.

Sunday lunch for guests staying overnight - 3 courses £25 (bride & groom free If 10 or more attend)
