A TRIP TO THE AMUSEMENT PARK

You are so lucky. How often is it that you get to go to the biggest amusement park in the world with all your friends and no parents! You arrive at the park with 9 of her closet friends, and it was time for the big decision. What do you ride first?

You board the Ferris wheel with all your friends. In every group of friends is the dumb one and suddenly, the dumb one pipes up. “Let’s rock the car!! Who’s with me?” 4 of your 9 friends agree, but 4 of them don’t. Should you do it?

You board the Roller coaster with your best friend sitting next to you “Wow this really is the world’s largest roller coaster…” she says as you climb up the hill. Suddenly one of your friends who is sitting behind you yells “I DARE you to stand up as we go down the hill!” You friend yells “No! Are yo-“Your friend yells again “Let her decide since she is such a chicken!” Should you stand up or be called chicken?

“Ok! Let’s rock it!” You stand up and begin rocking the car with your friends. All of a sudden you hear a loud SNAP! You suddenly realize the car is hurtling toward the ground! You look up at the dumb one right as the cart crashes into the ground. Medical personal come to scene and help the only survivor, the dumb one. Sadly, you didn’t make it.

“That’s crazy we could die if we do that!” the dumb one slinks away not wanting to meet your judgmental leer. You go all the way around the wheel and come back down. “Okay what now?” says your closet friend. What do you ride now?

“I AM NOT A CHICKEN!!” You force your way out of the safety bar and stand up as the car hurtles downward. If only you had paid more attention in science. Had you known of the law of inertia you might not have stood up. As the car hurtled down you didn’t go with it, but was instead flung of the car into the air and now, hurtling toward the ground. In the corner of your eye you spot the swing chairs only five feet away and level with you. Do you make a mad grab with your hand or try to grab it with your feet?

“No if I did that I would die!” You stay seated and enjoy the twists and turns of the stomach churning roller coaster. You get off the ride feeling slightly nauseated but happy. “What now?” Your friend says to you. That’s a good question, what now?

You board the log flume next to two of your closest friends. As you go around the turns someone yells out “Let’s all lean to whatever side we turn to!” Is that a good idea?

You make a grab for the Swing chair and by some miracle you get it. You climb into the seat and secure the safety gear promising to yourself never to do anything like that again. You get off the ride and run over to your friend who dared you. Do you turn him into the police for endangering you life or yell at him?

You try to grab the chair with your feet. But, you miss by a centimeter and hurtle downward. Medical personal came to help but you didn’t make it.

You Board the mine train with all of your friends. The ride starts up and you go swishing and diving around turns. Suddenly a rock falls on your head. Do you throw it out or hold it?

“Okay guys! Let’s all lean as we go around a turn!” As you come up to the next turn everyone leans. Suddenly before you know it the log has flipped over and you’re drowning! Do you try to swim away or help your friends?

“NO! if we do that then the log will tip over and we will drown!” You continue on the ride until the final splash when you see one of your friend’s safety bar come up and they begin to fly out! Do you grab her hand or her leg?

Hand Leg

You grab your friend by the wrist and drag him to park security where his mom is called to pick him up for endangering your life. You decide that it has been a rough day and you go home.

You yell at your friend publicly embarrassing him. He calls his mom to pick him up and you continue on your way…home. You’ve had a rough day and you’re tired.

You throw the rock out of the car. But it hit the roof of a tunnel that the car was just about to go through. The rocks at the top shake and the tunnel collapses killing all aboard. Sorry.

You hold the rock. After you get off the ride you lay it down in a bed of flowers. You realize how late it is and head for home. Wow. What a day.

You swim away. Every man for themselves right? You reach the top of the water and climb onto land. Many a paramedic rush to you, and while they talk to you, you learn that everyone else drowned. You tell them to call your mom. You’re done with today….and amusement parks…forever.

You help your friends! You pull their hands pushing them to the surface. But as you help your vision becomes speckles with black. At the last minute you remember that humans can only last 10 minutes without oxygen before death.

You grab onto your friends hand and mustering all of your strength pull them back into the car! She is deathly pale as she almost just died. She looks at you and just repeats two words over and over again. Thank you. After she gets off she gets you your favorite treat to enjoy on the last ride. What do you get?

A Pretzel

You reach out to grab your friend’s leg! But she always wears these leather jean, these slick leather jeans. You hand slips and she flies out! You get out and rush the direction they flew to learn that by a miracle they land in the boat of the river boat ride! They are okay! I’m sure they will thank you for trying to save them.

Your friend gets you your favorite treat. Sticky, chewy, clumpy taffy. You hop on the spin ride will eating your taffy. If only you had looked at the warning signs about not eating. As the ride started up the taffy got lodged in your throat and you sadly choked.

You choose your favorite treat, a jumbo salt pretzel with nacho cheese sauce. Yum. You hop on the next ride and enjoy it while eating your pretzel. After the ride you all split ways and go home. Wow. What a day.
