English Creative Piece - Belonging The exams are finally over and I am off to a holiday. After many considerations, I have decided to go North Korea. Since North Korea has been one of the most mysterious countries in the world, thus it makes me interested in their culture and how do people live in such a mysterious country. When I arrived at North Korea’s Pyongyang Sunan International Airport. Everything looks totally different to the outside world. Since it’s a mysterious, they don’t allow you to take photos on specific areas. You must follow the rules otherwise; you will be in big trouble. Due to many restrictions, I feel there is no sense of belonging between North Korea and me. It’s going be a hard task to maintain all the rules, however the only thing I can do is to move on. After I have touched down in North Korea, the first thing I need to do is to find my hotel. Since I have no understanding of the language so I have no idea where us my hotel Luckily, there is a nice airport officer who helps me to get into a taxi and ask the taxi driver to drive me to my destination. After a 30 minutes drive I finally arrive to my hotel, when the taxi driver asks my to pay for the bill. Out of my expectations, the taxi fare is costly as hell, it’s $100 USD. I will never catch a taxi again it just ripped me off. After the check in process is done, I’m off to my hotel room. After a 19 hours flight, I’m tired as hell. I need a really sleep to start my trip. However, bad/infortune things continue happens to me, as the hotel rom is full dead aunts and other inserts. The hotel room just freaked me out; I just can’t live in this room for 7 days. Therefore, I have called the room service to help this “mess” for me. So far, it has been a bad experience to me as I have no sense of belonging to the place. After a deep sleep, it’s already a 7:30pm in the evening, I need to get myself a dinner otherwise I’ll die because of hunger. When I entered to the hotel’s restaurant, I have no idea what do, as I don’t understand any forms of Korean. I tried
